In charge was Evans Reaves. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Without the boring details of our dryer problem, Evans diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan to solve the issue, then executed his strategy to resolve the problem.

Along the way, he kept us apprised of the progress both verbally and even shared videos of what he was seeing.

Very professional, and Assistant Isaac aided in the successful resolution of this problem.

Had a great experience today and Isaac was an absolute professional. Called me ahead of the appointment with an ETA, arrived on time, respected my home, explained everything, and showed me all his findings via photos and videos. After showing me the issue, he took the time to explain the recommended approach to resolve the issue and then went on to fix the issue quickly.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job. My dryer had completely stopped working, and he discovered that the vent was about 90% clogged. He was able to get on the roof and clean everything out thoroughly.

Awesome experience! It’s our 2nd time been serviced by Evans. We appreciate his professionalism (took video of the lint pipe), thoughtfulness (he put on booties under his shoes), took care of the property by making sure walls weren’t scratch with his equipment, vacuum the floor in the laundry room afterwards. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard. I was able to get an appointment the next day and they sent text reminders. The tech Issac was amazing. He text me when he was on the way, and all during the process he sent before and after videos of the work. He did not just repair what was asked of him, but went above and beyond and made sure the repair worked. Even going on the roof to check the exhaust. He was friendly, thorough, and courteous. He cleaned up and left things better than he found them. The price was fair and it was easy to pay by card right on his device. It was a great value.

If I could give this company negative five stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with Even was extremely unprofessional from start to finish.

We clearly informed him that our washer and dryer were brand new--only three days old and costing nearly $2,000. After the service was completed, we discovered extensive scratches on both appliances, likely caused by his equipment being dragged across their surfaces.

Even worse, Evan left without saying a single word to me or my husband about the damage. When we called him afterward to express our frustration, his response was completely inappropriate--he mentioned needing to "bring a weapon" if returning to our home. That kind of remark is unacceptable and unprofessional under any circumstance.

This company showed no compassion, accountability, or professionalism in handling the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. You deserve to work with people who respect your property and your safety.
