I called Swift Brothers for our septic and Michelle recommend Zack come out and pump it, and he showed up in less than an hour and pumped it out and taught me a few things to do to save us some money in the future. Thank you Swift, you have a life long client now!

Thank you so much Swift Brothers plumbing for such quick response to our house and saving us so much money. Thank you Michelle for sending Robert (who is a wizard with plumbing) to get our plumbing cleared so quickly.

Unless you've never turned a wrench or banged a hammer once in your life, AND you're rich beyond most peoples' wildest dreams, I would not recommend these guys.

Charged $60 just to come and LOOK at the problem, meaning they charge you a charge without doing any actual WORK, that's the first problem.

The second problem is experience; after LOOKing at the problem and informing me that there are still threads inside a pipe to be removed, the guy who came out apparently had no idea that a tool exists specifically for removal of stuck threads from pipes... a PLUMBING SPECIFIC TOOL which anyone with ANY level of experience should have known about... so on top of charging for not even doing any work yet, they also send a person with clearly NO actual professional experience or training.

Then the coup de grace, the quote they gave me to INSTALL A SHOWER HEAD PIPE? $280.

Note that the level of work to accomplish this is IDENTICAL to the work required to SCREW IN A LIGHT BULB.

Upon realizing that the fix to repair this was to just go get another $10 pipe and a $12 tool to remove the old threads with, I was able to get it done myself for about $20 in about 5 minutes.

Before calling these guys ask them their HOURLY RATE and tell them you'll pay them, BY THE HOUR, for any ACTUAL WORK DONE.

DRIVING TO a job site IS NOT WORK, and charging people for that is essentially petty theft.

My fiance and I are 25 year old home owners. We had a toilet in our home that was backing up. I called this company to come help me out and they told me that there was a clog in the toilet and it just needed replaced. I bought a new toilet and called them back to do the instal.withing the first five mi uses of the plumber unthinking my toilet he broke the water supply line off in my wall. Water was pouring into the house frome each side of the wall. He then went to turn of the main, in doing so he turned off my neighbors without knowing then continued to sit outside for 5 minutes as the water was still flooding into the house. By this time the water was ankle deep in both bathroom, all three bed rooms, the hall way and our dinning room. This resulted in damage to our baseboards, furniture, rugs, and even stock from a small business my fiance runs from our home. He then finally got the water off then called a damage contr9l company to come fry up the water. The had cut holes behind each toilet in the wall to fix the line. The damage control company had 3 large dehumidifiers, an air scrubber and 6 floor fans in our house for 8 days. For the next eight days our house remained at 98° while these machines used our energy and made living very uncomfortable. Unknowingly this caused our AC to lock up since no one told me I should turn it off. Once the toilet was finally installed the plumber then told me the toilet wasn't the issue and thay our septic system was bad. The company never sent a manager to the house to assist. They never fixed the holes they cut in the dry wall. They told me they would replace the damaged furniture and rugs if I emailed them photos of the item thay were damaged. Since I've emailed them about this they have not responded and now will not answer my calls. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage and have done nothing to make it right. I understand sometimes things happen and I do not blame the plumber for the line breaking. However I question this companies values, pride and honesty. This company has made me feel taken advantage of. I wouldn't call them to fill my bird bath.

The company and in particular the technician, DWAYNE, was wonderful to work with. Dwayne was a great help and was able and patient getting access to the property…. He was kind and professional and I could not have had a better interaction! Thank you DWAYNE!!

I reached out to the company after an incident, and they didn't care to contact me. So, instead, I will leave a review. I nearly got run off the road (actually, got forced onto the shoulder) by one of their drivers a few days ago. Van number SB37. He was also speeding and weaving in and out of traffic to get a split second ahead. If this is the type of person they hire, I would NEVER trust these people in my home.

Beau came out to assess my mom lines that were not draining. After a short time he was able to conclude it needed a new field and tank which they will be installing this coming week. Professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He went out of his way to then look at my home and was able to confirm it needs more extensive work. I look forward to working with this company in the future!

I was experiencing water hammer in my plumbing, every time I turned on a faucet, the pipes would make a loud banging noise. I contacted this company for help. They came out, cut two large square openings in my wall, and spent about half the day trying different solutions, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Despite not fixing the problem, I was still charged $735.

We were referred to Swift Bros from our neighbors that have used them in the past and been very happy with. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Dwayne who is responsive and professional and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing. It’s so nice to find a company that communicates well and actually shows up when they say they will. Highly recommend!

I think I was grossly overcharged. I called these guys on 01/29/26 to check out my HVAC. Yes, I know it's an R22, but they did nothing to fix the unit and I understand that another refrigerant could be used. Yeah, I know the challenges with this, but i have read more success stories than failures. They spent a couple hours here but they disappeared to get lunch. I got charged $238 and nothing was fixed and nothing was maintained. They gave me estimates ranging from $12k to over $17k.

Isn't a charge of around $85 to $110 more reasonable? They didn't even clean the leaves out of it !!!!!
