I started using A-1 Plumbing about 3-years ago. I needed to replace my hot water tank and the job was done well. I was concerned at first because I live on the second floor of my condo unit.

I called them back for more service needed with my toilets to have them re-gut the inside of both toilets and oh my...one toilet did well the first time and the other one just wouldn't cooperate with the plumbers for some reason or another. It would start running for no apparent reason. Eventually, Anthony showed up with his positive attitude and confidence that he would fix the issue AND HE DID! Thank you Anthony.

He was thorough in his explanation which made since and I no nothing about toilets. I've waited a while before leaving a review because I needed assurance the job was done to the satisfaction it deserved.

Anthony also changed my toilets PVC wall connection to the stainless steel / coiled piping and all is well.

I can now say that A-1 Plumbing has done a great job and I will definitely use them AGAIN!!!

The service itself was good. Professional quality, and friendly service person arrived on time. Here’s my big problem: the service call was to install a kitchen garbage disposal, which cost $325 parts and labor, but they needed to plunge the sink first, which took 90 additional seconds, and charged me an additional $150 for the plunge! This is NOT acceptable.

A huge thank you to A1 Plumbing for doing a wonderful job repiping our home—professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. Also, shoutout to Cutting Edge Drywall for expertly patching and finishing the drywall. You can’t even tell the walls were ever opened up. Highly recommend both teams!

Excellent job! Had our whole house re-piped. They were very patient in answering every question we had, even after the job was completed. They also installed a new water heater. After the re-pipe, they had their own folks that did the drywall repairs; and it was done very well. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Completely unreliable. Quoted a job to add water to my boat dock which I signed, but the day before they were to arrive, they said they didn't have the available crew and put it off to this week on Monday. By Tuesday they hadn't even bothered to call and when I call them they said "they didn't have the crew available, so could they do it next week" I canceled.

I had a plumbing issue with one of my toilets that needed to be dealt with immediately. A1 Plumbing sent Fred out to handle it the next morning… Fred was knowledgeable, courteous, kind and charged me a very fair price. I have company coming over in a couple of days and can now rest assured that my spare bathroom is in good working order! Thank you, Fred, and thank you, A1!

Everyone that came to the house to perform a certain part of the process, did so with great integrity and a great attitude while doing so. They all seem to work very well with each other. They came in, divided and conquered.

We had our whole townhouse repiped this week by A1. They were absolutely the right choice for the job. Alan, our contact, was very good with communication from the estimate through to the end. Every A1 service person was there on time, and professional. It's a small thing, but everyone wore A1 logo shirts. (They didn't outsource the work like a lot of companies do.) Even while on the job, the service guys were happy to answer any questions. I can't recommend them enough.

We had plumbing problems that couldn't wait. Zack came out late afternoon/early evening on a Friday and assessed the problem within minutes. He explained the pricing upfront and did an outstanding job of rectifying the problem in little time. I highly recommend Swift Brothers Plumbing, for their professionalism, honesty and willing to see us on short notice.

My husband Robert and I just had a service call where our sewer line needed to be unclogged. We had the pleasure of having Cappy as our technician. Dwayne did a great job replacing my toilet. He gave me all the options, helped me decide which one is the best for me. Performed the job in no time. Highly recommended.

Company is able to schedule service quickly. Dwayne arrived very timely. He made a very fast diagnosis and offered clear explanations on options. The service call was smooth, efficient and helpful.

Had a leak at our rental property and Beau came out quickly. I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. I thought... I should have stayed and watched him make the "repair". He called me to authorize work of ~$1200 to pull our toilet (that was clogged), fix a pee trap under our mobile and fix the leak under the mobile. To complete this, he would have to use a 3” to 6” line, Large drum, K60 or equivalent (a specialized machine to clear drains), would have to remove the toilet, put it back on, and reseal the toilet. He said it would take a couple of hours to complete
I said it needed to be done, was not expecting to spend 1/2 that amount, but hoping all would be well. He called my husband shortly after he arrived and told us the good news that the toilet was clear and there was a piece of wood in the mainline, once removed everything was great. We were happy thinking everything was taken care of and that it would cost less due to the "repair" taking all of 20 min. Nope! Same price.
Upon looking at my invoice, and speaking with my tenant, he did not remove the toilet and did not use the machine. He said that he would give a $100 refund for not removing the toilet. I have not received confirmation of the $100 refund and am also going to request a refund for the machine charge of $433.
Hours after Beau left, my tenants were doing dishes in the sink and the bathtub backed up with food and other drainage. I called Beau to inform him of the issue and he said that he did not know what our tenants were doing but if we needed Swift Bros. to come out we would have to call the office and pay more $$.
In additional to that, he had my tenant run the water for 30 seconds in the tub before he left and some water came out. Beau told me that there was a crack in the shower and it would be $4-5k to fix that! We were finally able to clear the tub after stopping at Home Depot and buying a $40 snake to clear the tub on our own.
Needless to say, we felt scammed and will be reporting this to the BBB. Beau and his boss should be ashamed of themselves to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Good and thorough. I love the fact that its not high pressure to make a decision right then.

Bob Vallee and team member did a great job, fixing errors left by another company. The job was done as quickly as possible. Bathroom looks great! It was nice to have a contractor in, who was easy to talk to, friendly, but really knew what to do to fix our shower!

Zachary Lyn from Swift Brothers came to our house for an emergency call late on a Sunday night. Even though he had to travel quite a way, very late at night, he was friendly, very respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. You could tell he knew what he was doing, and he did his job very well. My wife and I appreciate that Swift Brothers is open 24 hours a day and we appreciate the job that Zachary did. Kudos and thanks to Zachary. Highly recommend.
