They checked my backflow a few years ago. A young guy and his wife. Said my backflow failed testing. The company gave me a very high price to replace it. I then called Utilitiy Technicians Inc., in Umatilla. They said they could fix it with a much better price. Utility Tech's then checked my backflow and found nothing wrong with it. I phoned Dragon. They refused a refund. (Beauclaire Drive, Tavares, FL.)

Got 4 quotes for simple plumbing job. All quotes $150-$200 except Dragon wanted $1,000. Laughable- either they price gauge or don't know plumbing

Terrible! Original appt. for Thursday 12/8/17 was CANCELLED on me, so was scheduled for Monday 12/10/17. I had contractors & furniture being delivered, asked if plumber could call me so I can tell him what I need cuz I was 10 mins away @ that point. The dude tells his staff I’m NOT going to call him & leaves. They don’t bother to call & tell me that...I called & then Bonnie told me that. Turns out he told my contractor I’m going to grab lunch & will be back after. I call office & Bonnie says “oh I didn’t know that”, but we’ll call you when he’s on way back after lunch...by this time 45 mins passed....She then calls me & says “he got called out on emergency job & btw we are too busy now to take on this job” LOL....apparently business is so good there’s no need to have good customer service 👍🏻. Good luck with that!

Dragon Plumbing has handled all of our needs. We are very happy with the service and work we have received.

This is a very good company. I have known Neil the owner for many years. The prices and quotes are always very good. As a director in our condominium complex I always recommend Dragon because I know the resident will end up satisfied.

I use choice home warranty for my home and they contracted out Dragon Plumbing to resolve the link in my ceiling coming from under the kitchen upstairs. They cut a hole in the ceiling determined the issue was a pipe inside the wall and choice said they would not cover it. I had to call another problem and he said I have no idea why they would worry about the ceiling downstairs because he was able to resolve the issue from under the sink. Now I have to fight with choice about getting the issue paid for that I had to pay out of pocked all because they had no idea what they were doing.

The man I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever dealt with he was very unprofessional. I am in the insurance business and deal with contractors daily.He kept calling me a liar even though I had written proof, text, and emails contradicting what he was saying and proving my statemnets to be true. He also was trying to swindell another $800 out of us on the day the work was scheduled to be finished. Speaking of scheduling, they rescheduled on us 4 times and it took 3 months to get to this point. This man was so rude we dropped them and we didn't mind waiting a little longer to not have to deal with this company anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had a tub installed and some piping done, I am very pleased with the service. Both men were very friendly and professional as was everyone I spoke to on the phone. Something really bizarre happened afterward, I got a call telling me they needed a new check because the one I had written was incorrect. Turns out it was because I wrote "Thirteen Hundred" instead of "One Thousand Three Hundred" on the check. I know for a fact the bank will accept it just as I had written it. With gas prices as they are I can't believe they had their employee take the time and waste the gas to come to my home for a new check. Not to mention risking insulting their customer by telling them they don't know how to write a check. Someone in the office needs to get a clue.

Great company! The owner Neil and the tech Anthony Long were very helpful and took care of our problem right away. Terrific service, fair pricing. We will use them from now on when we need plumbing services - highly recommended!

Great plumber company. Very honest too. The price they quoted was fair and they stuck to it, even though I felt they did more work then expected. The guy spent 3.5 hours cleaning the pipes under house with a snake. Used his camera to verify where the blockages were stemming from, and re used the snake afterwards to ensure the job was done perfectly. Terry was super cool and a good sense of humor. I will use them again if needed.

So we bought a house and ended up finding a pin hole leaking in the copper piping. Had a plumber come look. They found a few more and a few that had been repaired. Recommended the whole house replied. Had two more plumbers come look all said the same. At this point we had 3 plumbers all the same recommendation ( 40 year old copper piping tbh we expected something) ended up using the recommendation of our contractor and dragon was not only the most affordable but also the fastest to be able to fit us in. We were considering getting the water heater replaced as well because it was already 10 years old and not efficient. They ended up doing the water heater, installing the proper fitting so we could have a garbage disposal, new showers fixtures in both baths and installing the garbage disposal. Hands down do not have enough nice things to say. Totally recommend!

We used Dragon plumbing to convert our house from propane to natural gas. While at first they were knowledgeable and performed good work, they did not finish the job and will not return. I would suggest finding a company that lives up to their commitments.

Have had from repiping to replacement of water heaters to water softener installed to simple fixed. Neal always saves me! Savings in money and solving the issues. Don’t wish to be treated as another number? Call this company!

I have never had anything but excellent experiences with Dragon Plumbing. They have been to my house four times over the past 10 years, to install a new water heater, new toilets, fix a leak in the bathroom, and today fixed the leak under my kitchen sink. They are super responsive and very affordable. Planning to re-pipe my whole house next year and will definitely use them.

Had a gas leak on hot water heater. Other companies couldn’t either do the job or couldn’t come for almost a week. Called Dragon and they were out the same day to diagnose and then came back later that day to fix. Texted me the following day when gas was reconnected to make sure all was good on my end. Very happy and great customer service. Will be using them again if need be!

Kinda good...kinda not so good. Called Dragon, who replaced our hot water heater 3 months ago, to replace a bathroom faucet which was done expertly. Would have earned a 5-star review at that point.

Was told to watch for any leaks and call if I saw any. Spotted a leak within the hour...called and scheduled the follow-up the next day. Was told that they appreciated my patience.

Today the plumber said the cold water valve leaked a little. After tightening said it might continue to leak or might not. Now I am charged either an additional $85 for a service call because i am told that the valve was not part of yesterday’s installation of the faucet and the leak went unnoticed or $125 to replace the valve which may/may not leak again. So I am in for a penny or a pound and replaced the valve. Another unexpected expense.

For the record my complaint falls on the office and not the plumber. Anthony could not have been more professional or accommodating.

Sorry, but no better than 3 stars this time around.

I cannot express enough my appreciation for this company and all if its employees I have interacted with. I have used Dragon Plumbing for years, both for my prior home in Longwood and my current Mount Dora home. From the time you call the office through the time you pay for services, you are treated with warmth, professionalism, and respect. I have never had a phone call either not answered or message promptly returned.

As for the work, I have never had a plumber not arrive on time. Many times I could have been taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of plumbing and general mechanics, but I have not. I would say I have been told more times I did NOT need something done than I have been told repairs had to be made. This makes me trust them that much more when I am told I do need a service. Their prices are also very competitive and fair. They explain what needs to be done, why, and how they are going to do it. They tell me all of this respectfully. I have never once felt "talked down to."

I have use his company in the past and had a great experience, but since the company was bought out, it has been horrible.dont use! Not only trying too you double charge what you agreed upon, they give too many excuses why the significant increase. Not a trustworthy company

We had an emergency with a clog in our pipe to all showers and toilets on a Sunday and we called and they came out within the hour and fixed our issue efficiently and quickly. Jason was awesome and staff we’ve interacted with are very friendly. Would definitely recommend from our experience!
