I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

We called A1 Service today, within a couple of hours. The service guy was at our door (Taylor). He was efficient, very friendly, made sure all our concerns were answered before he got started and even price up front. Taylor made sure all our floors were protected before he started. Got the job done and was not making us feel like he was rushing, took is time to be sure the job was done and done right. I would recommend anyone family or friends to use their service. Very professional and fast response service for even a holiday weekend.

My experience with A-1 Service Plumbing was the type of service I would recommend to any homeowner. My septic tank needed to be drained and they found the lid with no problems. A-1 SERVICE is the main Plumbing company for my community. They also installed a lift over my septic lid and it was done with professionalism. The office staff was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your Plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend this company...they were prompt and professional. Did outstanding job. Always a phone call away with any concerns. They did my job ahead of schedule to accommodate a surgery I had scheduled and that was so appreciated. Drywall crew was outstanding. Can't say enough good things about entire project. Very reasonable cost. Total re-pipe whole house in day!!! They are amazingly awesome. Nice to know there are still good companies out there!

I recently used A1 Service Plumbing to fix a leak in our backflow system. Jonathan was prompt, efficient, and friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day, despite having to repair some shoddy work done by the previous company we had used last year. The price I feel was very fair. I am very impressed with Jonathan and A1 Service Plumbing. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I will be calling them in the future whenever we need a plumber again.

This company always comes thru for me! They installed a speciality faucet in my bathroom for me after a handyman could not figure it out. They are always reliable! Very knowledgeable and friendly and efficient! Highly recommend them!

Needed a toilet installed. Box store said it would over a week. Called A 1 Service Plumbing they said they could be there the next day. Indeed they showed up on time, Tony did an outstanding professional job. To top it off they were significantly cheaper than the box store. Highly recommend this local company.

Zo from A1 came out to pump my septic tank and provided amazing service. In his words I was just to “sit back and relax” while he dug up the septic access, pumped the system and put everything the way he found it. This was a very different experience to working with other companies associated with Wind, River Environmental. Zo answered all of my questions, promised to get further information on things he couldn’t directly answer and was over all very personable. I will definitely be calling A1 for my plumbing needs moving forward. They are upfront on their pricing, with set rates and provide great customer service.

I am just sick over how this company treated me. I didn’t even hire them- my neighbor did- they came out to repair a damaged underground pip from a tree root, and had to move my heavy pots onto the walkways to dig through the ground. I live in a condo. They told me they would put the pots back when finished- but didn’t. I called them and they agreed to come back the next week. They came back on a different day than they said so I wasn’t home- but my neighbor called me and I told them where the pots went and I thanked them- the guy was very nice about it. Fast forward a few days and I notice that my 2 box hedges that flank my walkway to the front door are DEAD. I looked down and discovered that they had ripped them both out and then just “propped” them back up over the holes they dug- so they died. You couldn’t tell they had been ripped out of the ground unless you took a close look. After 2 calls to the company again. Christian promised to make things right and replace them. I sent before and after pics- but then nothing. They are now ghosting me. So they are just fine with destroying my property for the next door condo job without a care in the world. If this is the company’s “moral compass”., I don’t think I would trust them to handle any plumming job.

From Alan that took my call to Timmy and Jonathan that took care of my problems these guys are the best from the best.. Alan managed to save me tons of money while another company tried to lie and rob me out of my money. Again you want a Loyal company call A1 Plumbing Service. I rarely do reviews but this company deserves it. I am 1 happy customer. My go too for all my plumbing issues..

I called A-1 Service Plumbing because I had a water leak under my house that was driving up my water bill, but was difficult to find. A-1 Service Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. Angela, who took my call was polite and efficient and knowledgeable. She helped me to arrange an appointment for a someone to come out asap to assess my problem. I met with that person, Tony, very soon. He assessed the problem immediately, knew exactly what it would take to fix the problem and actually fixed the problem on the spot. The price was very reasonable. It was a great experience to deal with a company that was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I would enthusiastically recommend A-1 Service Plumbing.

If possible I would love to give more stars for their attentiveness, professionalism, promptness and pricing. I called about a leaking wax toilet seal and A1 Service Plumbing was about to come out within four hours. Anthony was professional and very fast in diagnosing the issue and fixing it.
