Horrible experience, the plumber just came to give me estimate, after checking everything out & charging me $125.00, I now had no running water at all in Master bath. I called company they sent Mgr, who kept calling my “Love” how disrespectful & sexiest. He keep insisting he doesn’t know why I have no running water. DONT USE THEM, A ripoff, Taking advantage of a Senior citizen & handicap person. Shame on them. Im filing complaint with BBB .And will be on all social media to share my experience

This company has horrible customer service. They came out to my address, caused a massive leak and tried to blame it on the water company. Called the office several times to have this corrected and I was hung up on. Unbelievable that I was hung up on. This is a very unprofessional service!! Do NOT use them! Bizzy Plumbing is excellent. I used them instead.

I can't say enough good things about Dragon Plumbing they truly lived up to their name as our plumbing dragonslayers! It was Sunday afternoon when disaster struck our main bathroom toilet was leaking at the base like a faulty faucet, and to top it off, the backup was oozing into our shower in the other bathroom. Panic mode activated I called them expecting a "we'll get to you next week" response, but nope! They dispatched a tech who arrived in under an hour. On a Sunday. Game-changer! The technician Gil was an absolute pro, knowledgeable, efficient, and spotless in his work. He methodically explained every step: First, he climbed onto our roof to access the vent pipe and snake out a massive blockage that was gunking up the entire sewer line all the way to the street. Boom major unclog achieved! But he didn't stop there. Digging through years of buried dirt and mulch he uncovered our long-lost sewer cleanout pipe, making future maintenance a breeze. He reseated the leaky toilet base with precision, ensuring no drips or wobbles. The whole process was fast done in about 90 minutes. It was mess free he even tidied up after. Very transparent no upsells, just straight solutions. If you're in a plumbing pickle, Dragon Plumbing is your go-to. I'll be calling them again without hesitation amazing company that turns nightmares into no big deal. Highly recommend!

Dragon Plumbing was absolutely fantastic!!! Mum had plumbing leaks in her house - they squeezed her into their schedule and were out there within a couple of hours. Fixed everything. Friendly, professional and trustworthy.

Bobby & his team installed our bathtub; they were efficient and very knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them and will use again in the future!

I had a kitchen sink back up (of course on a late Friday afternoon!) The back up was pushing sludge back into my washing machine and my dishwasher. Within an hour of calling A1 Plumbing, the guy came out and fixed the problem in a matter of 30 minutes. Highly recommend this Company to my friends and anyone else.

On Mother’s Day I was greeted with a flood of water leaking from my water tank. I called A1 and the tech was so kind to explain all my options to help me save money. He came out the next day to replace my tank and did an extremely good job less than two hours.

We had a slab leak that required a full house repipe. A1 was able to come our home before any other company, scheduled the work quickly, were polite and professional from start to finish and did a great job. 100% would recommend.

They did a great job replumbing our home. Very efficient as well. Would def recommend, but don't schedule your job on a Friday. That means two extra days of waiting for inspection and drywall.

Very professional,up front,these guys are the real deal period.I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Also, I did some research and found A1 Service had the best price for a total repipe and the drywall were top notch professionals too

I flip residential properties and I always use A1. Mike and Chad have been great to me, from property inspections to full re-pipes they get the job done right and quickly! The whole team is great! Teresa and Corey are always a pleasure to talk to and are so helpful with the paperwork and any follow up needs!!

Not very honorable when it comes to servicing a warranty claim. They claim top notch work but I had two leaks around the same area in less than 2 years after the work was completed. The sad part was they wanted to charge me for a small piece of sheet rock rather than just leaving everything nice and clean. I would have paid for it but the owner expressed no care or concern for customer satisfaction after I expressed my disappointment. I do not recommend A1 Svc Plumbing. Mike responded nonchalantly when I stated I would never use them for future work nor would I recommend them to anyone ever - he just doesn't care once the money is in his account.

Came out late the night before Thanksgiving to snake our pipes. Looking forward to doing further business with them as we need more repairs. Taylor came out and was amazing. Allen was very nice and helpful to speak with.

When it comes to repairs around my home, I always prefer to do them myself. However when I tried to repair my shower faucet, I knew I had gone as far I could. I needed to call a plumber. A1 Plumbing had the best reviews online so I chose to go with them. Im glad I did. Fred was professional, informative and shared with me that I did everything correctly up to as far as I got. There comes a time when you need to call an experienced professional and because of Fred, I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.

I recently used this company to re-pipe my house, the quality, the mannerisms and the cleanliness was way more then expected Enrique and Zack and the other gentleman I don’t recall his name were amazing . Enrique after they were finished asked me is there anything anything he could clean or if there was anything that needed to be corrected and cleaned till I was fully satisfied and the other gentleman gave me a full walk through 5/5 stars.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
