Reviews of local pros in Apopka, Florida

The team at Roll Construction is knowledgeable and dependable. They are helpful with all aspects of repair and new construction. I can count on them for fast service with exceptional expertise. I have used them both at my place of business and my home with great results.

We had Mike and his team of professionals renovate our 5000sf house in 2024. Mike exceeded our expectations as a contractor and communicated well with my wife and designers to bring our 1990's canal front custom house back to life. Our renovation included a chef's kitchen, master bath, jack and jill bath, an additional bathroom with shower, a powder room, and a whiskey and wine entertainment room. Mike updated all the plumbing and electrical in our home including a whole house generator and two gas fireplaces. The exterior renovation included a balcony restoration and exterior painting. He added a garage kitchen with a pool bath and outdoor shower. We can't say enough about the great communication and attention to detail that Mike gave us and our home.
Sincerely, Mark and Kris Tomasik

When we bought our house we knew it was going to need a new kitchen. Mike with Roll Construction had the vision that we couldn’t quite see. From the construction to the painting, the quality of work was amazing. Now we have a beautiful, open, bright kitchen that is the envy of the block!

As a Realtor, I recommend Roll Construction to all my buyers and sellers that need contracting work done on their homes. They are reliable, honest and provide a quality product.

I have use them to work on my personal home for 2 large renovations. They offered design help and listened to what we wanted in addition to their expertise. The entire team is wonderful and we never worried about the work being subpar.

I highly recommend them for you, your friends and your family.

This Family Owned Company is Trustworthy, Reliable, Honest, Professional, and Courteous. Their Attention to Detail is Exceptional. We highly recommend them for any of your Construction Needs.

Mike and his team at Roll are my GO TO for anything from paint to renovations for myself and my clients! I have personally used them for many projects like interior and exterior paint, flooring, and even a more intricate job to enclose and expand a carport to make the most perfect additional room in my home! My clients have used them for SO many projects as well and everyone is always so happy with the results! 5++++ stars for Roll!!

We have had Mike and his team at Roll Construction complete many renovations since we purchased our home in 2020. The projects have included full interior/exterior painting, drywall repair, flooring removal & replacement, plumbing repairs, water heater replacement, and various other home maintenance items. The Roll Construction team has always been very professional and have provided high quality work. We have been so impressed that we hired Mike and his team to complete a large exterior addition with a summer kitchen which should be completed in the 1st quarter of 2025.

We recently had our kitchen renovated, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mike, our contractor at Roll Construction, delivered on every promise with professionalism and attention to detail. He was thorough, transparent, and reliable throughout the process. His crew was equally impressive—organized, meticulous, and respectful of our home. Every aspect of the project was completed exactly as outlined and right on schedule. A contractor is only as strong as his team, and Mike’s crew was truly one of the standout highlights of the renovation. I highly recommend Roll Construction to anyone and everyone looking for quality workmanship and a seamless renovation experience.

Mike and his team were very professional! I loved how my bathroom turned out. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. They treated my home as if it was their own. Definitely plan on using them again for future projects!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I love learning and love being happy with.

On-time very quick and extremely reasonable price

Mark runs a great shop and does great work. Highly recommend.

Easy an fast place to unload an good plumber company they do Awesome work

I saw a person wearing the company uniform & driving the company truck stealing from a store. Stoner looking
It’s a shame

Their workers are awesome extremely very professional and work a lot of overtime hours in late days

Received a call from the homeowner when one of their service technicians went #2 in the toilet knowing the water was not connected to the house and left without cleaning it up.

I Wouldnt recommend them to anyone unless you like a bunch of stoners and lazy ppl to do your plumbing! just ridiculous!! I'm sorry I dont wanna risk someone having leaky water bcuz that stoner who happens to be a plumber was to busy hitting the bowl then doing his job!!

I guess it’s ok for their employees to use the company vehicles as if they’re trying out for NASCAR. The erratic driving, weaving in and out of traffic and fast starts at 9pm at night is uncalled for. You should really GPS your vehicles before someone causes a serious accident... unless that McDonalds run your driver did was that important! If their plumbing is anything like their driving, they’ll run you off the road and have no clue how to do it.

If you see their trucks on the road, stay clear. Tailgating at 90mph in pouring rain and nearly killed us viciously cutting over at the same speed. I guess they can drive like an idiot if they aren’t in their own car.

Would rather have my house flood than call these guys.
