This is the worst company ever t their job is sloppy and they do unfinished job.. They are very unprofessional and their worker are full of attitude and do not have any customers service skills. I would not recommend them to anyone. If anyone looking to have their doors windows done DO NOT USE this company.. They dont even deserve one star. They break up your wall and dont even fix your things back the way the saw it when they frist started the job.. I dont even have enough time to right this review. What is supposed to take them 3 days took them three weeks and the job is still incomplete and they dont give a damn.. They arr incompetent . Unprofessional . Unreliable .

We hired Paradise City for a full gut renovation of our two bedroom apartment. It wasn't a low budget project but worth every penny we paid. Dmitry, the owner, proved to be a  reliable,  diligent and trustworthy person, considering the fact that we were not able to monitor the progress on a day-to-day basis when we were away. Management and selection of subcontractors was very good. Work was performed on time without compromising quality. We also found very helpful the online appllication Dmitry uses for budgeting and workflow management.  We also would like to note among others his thorough knowledge of high-end materials and finishes, attention to details and creative approach to problem solving. Overall we're very much satisfied with the final result and would definitely recommend Paradise City as an experienced and reliable general contractor you can trust.

We had planned to renovate our condo in Sunny Isles for a while. But we were overwhelmed about how to start it. We picked Dmitriy because we saw his reviews, loved his portfolios, and, most of all, needed someone who knew how to help us achieve European style and esthetics. It was one of the best calls we ever made. From our first contact, we could tell that Dmitriy was pleasant to work with, well organized and knew a lot. Through the process of renovation, he has been smart, responsive, and totally professional. The Paradise City team are true craftsmen. The team never took any short cuts and the quality of work is very high. The project management was fantastic, and we had very few bumps in the road and for a project this size, that's very rare. A great plus for us that we were able to communicate online it helps us to complete the project on time since we travel a lot. The work was done very clean we were able to move in right away.
We especially recommend them to those who are planning to do High-End renovation with European, luxury materials like kitchen, doors, vanities, lighting, closet, wallpaper, etc. Complicated installations were handled with the knowledge to the specifics of European products. All construction and finishing work was done with care and respect to our materials (imported from Italy). The transition between deferent surfaces and finishes factory alike. Craftsmanship, knowledge, and attention to the details are second to none.
The transformation of our apartment is like night and day and we are super happy with the results.

I hired Paradise City to remodel my condo at Oceania 5. The owner, Dmitry, went beyond the scope of normal contracting work and was instrumental to the design process. He sometimes understood what I wanted better than I did.
The condo is my second home, and I wasn’t in Miami for most of the time he was working. I basically just paid him and left. Dmitry communicated with me on a regular basis, providing detailed updates and sending me pictures. This made the whole remodel stress-free.
The result is a masterpiece – my neighbors, friends, and even building staff come to see the kitchen and bathroom and take pictures!
The work was done on time and budget, with no ‘surprises’ typical for contractors.
Dmitry is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high-end remodel.

When we decided to renovate our Condo at 5601 Collins Ave A friend recommended Extreme Surfaces as he told me the owner was a SURFER and I knew I can relate to him...I set up an appointment with Ofer to meet me at the unit and give me an estimate, when he came you can't help your self but to be 100% charmed by Ofer, his personality is something special.. and to feel that from a contractor it is not very easy!!!
after we met he sent me an estimate same day, when I agreed he took control over getting all the permits etc... completed a PERFECT clean job and the price was amazing too compared to all other estimates i got.
So if you're in the market to do any kind of work this is your guy extremely professional BUT with a human touch you can't find any where!!!!
