The installation team was professional and did a great job. My installation was not a simple residential installation, but they worked with me to make it work. The electrical team also noted that my house had concerns with the electrical panel and brought that up to code. I am very satisfied!

I wanted to install impact windows for my office and so I asked my secretary Tia to find out the best company for the purpose. She suggested FL Green and told me that they have done some great works at Tia’s parent’s place. I decided to go with her views and hired FLG. Well, I will be honest with my feedback....I didn’t like the plan they shared with me in the beginning...but when senior designer Martha explained me the intricate details of the plan, I was mesmerized with the uniqueness of the plan. I am happy to have hired them for my project.

They were super professional, knowledgeable, and not to mention humorous. They made the entire process easy and besides the sounds from the install, you could barely tell that they was there. The crew worked diligently all day and finished before the evening. They explained the components and things that were to be expected from each step like inspection, tecco, and turning it on/off or in emergencies. The customer service from them is phenomenal and I would highly recommend!

I needed there help after a wind storm caused a tree to fall on my house. The tree destroyed solar panels on my roof. The technicians visited me to assess the damage and plan repairs. There project manager took over from that point. After the design was complete and approved, the installation crew completed the job in a single day. Every representative was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I signed into the impact doors and windows program through Florida Green Development last October 2022, it was a total of 8 windows and 3 French doors that got installed before the year-end, (about 2 months). I still haven't paid anything, as they don't require any down payment. The noise from my busy street is now over, I can finally be able to sleep, and throw away 2 accordion shutters that cover the front windows, I purchase them less than 4 years and were rusty and bad, and now my house looks great. I'm very happy to have chosen this company.

Everyone we deal with was professional, and courteous, and we got our panel installed in a timely matter. I know I will enjoy our website Monitor that will tell me every day how much electricity will be generating. I cannot be any happier thank you Florida Green!!! Fl green development done my roof and bathrooms and they did a phenomenal job. The representative was Tohar he Was amazing always taking care of me and always available for me. I’m highly recommend anyone that need home-improvement to use that company. I will most definitely keep use them in the future.

Henry and Dione were very professional and always kept me updated on what was going on once job was started. Inspections were never a problem, and even with Florida weather the job once started only took 2 weeks. Maybe a little less even.

I already knew their reputation and thus was not hesitant in calling them for the service I needed. Now I have the most durable impact windows in my apartment.

I cannot say enough good about these guys! They were thorough and efficient throughout our solar system purchase and installation. I could match the numbers for product and performance during the bid. They were awesome on planning and coordinating the permits and project. The install was timely, complete and clean. The best part is the system has performed better than expected and looks sharp!

The company was great to work with. It's clear that they did everything they could to make sure I understood the purchase and the process. They gave me a great price. The company obtained some higher quality panels at a lower cost and passed the savings along. They could have easily sold those at a higher price and made more profit. I’m still planning and haven’t installed anything yet but Liroy at FL Green Development has been terrific. He talked me through the entire process with an admirable combination of knowledge, patience, and candor. We discussed the pros and cons of installing panels at my place, designed a system using satellite images of my home that’s appropriately sized to offset my electricity consumption, estimated the cost of my install, reviewed federal, state, and local tax breaks, and determined my likely payback period. I highly recommend

The installation crew were very professional - took precautions to not damage anything and kept the job site neat and clean. Florida Green Development recently installed a new roof on our home. We have had two other roofs installed over the many years we have lived in our home. Florida Green Development was without a doubt absolutely the best. There personnel were efficient, professional, hard working and making sure that the work site was perfectly clean before leaving for the day. There was never a problem getting hold of the project manager by telephone. If I had to leave a voice message, a return call was immediate. Any questions or concerns, although there really were none, were addressed promptly. The work was excellent and there were no problems with the City building inspection. Each inspection passed without a problem. I would highly recommend Florida Green Development to anyone considering replacing their roof. Finally Florida Green Development's Energy Saving Analyst Tohar Barak Buhbut made every step very clear and was very quick to clearly explain any questions and provided us guidance. They are the BEST. My wife and I are extremely satisfied. Florida Green Development EXCEEDED all expectations.

Very professional organization. They are knowledgeable about solar net metering and billing and provided the information I needed to make my decision to proceed. Free estimate session was extremely informative. I chose them over a diff company because they were very clear about exactly what products were being installed on my house. It was clearly a superior product, and was installed by people I could actually talk to.

The company is great but i really want to praise the people that I have been working with. Since the initial interaction, Orelis was very personable, professional, honest, and went above and beyond to help me with my projects. She really went out of her way to ensure I had everything I wanted and kept me included in the process. Home projects are very stressful and they made me feel comfortable with all the work being done and in the loop. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was nervous about permits because i didn’t even know where to begin, but they walked me through it and obtained everything needed to complete the job. I am very happy with the work done and the level of ethics and professionalism. I recommend them to everyone

I had a 21kW grid-tied solar system installed by FL Green Development and I Couldn't be happier! I did a lot of research in advance and talked to a half a dozen other solar installers. I selected FL Development for their system knowledge, responsiveness, local presence and pricing. They reroof my house before the solar installation, they were very flexible with scheduling, and when the time of installation came, it went very quickly! During the quotation phase we talked about many different inverter options, FL Development initially provided and installed a design that they saw as affordable and meeting the production standards set out for the product, but after learning my exact intentions and expectations as the homeowner they were readily available to solve the error and finish the job to meet my exact expectations. Truly great customer service!

Very disappointed with the company! They are not honest on what you will be paying. They took advantage of my elderly parents. They ended up with a $ 33,000 bill after fees etc. For 6 windows and 3 doors that's a lot of money. With that kind of money they would off done the whole house. Awful people!
