this company was fabulous. We wanted a system that would maximize our small roof and be worry-free. We looked over many quotes through but they quoted us a competitive price but said we could fit more panels by filling every inch of available roof. We liked them because they of the promising quote and the fact that they are worker-owned. but if we ever needed solar again (like if we moved), we would work with with these guys without hesitation.

FL Green Development was amazing!!!!!!!!. I have a large lot with multiple structures on it. They were able to build me a custom solar system on both of my structures and wow does it look amazing. The black on black panels they use are so modern and sleek all of my friends ask me where I got such a cool looking solar system. The whole process was seamless and they handled everything. Liroy their project manager was amazing through the whole process and I would 100% recommend this company. Great Job keep up the amazing work.

Wonderful company! Last year we hurried up and had new solar panels installed just as the pandemic was hitting. The installation was quick and painless. In fact, the workmen finished about two days early without cutting any corners. Very professional! The representative, was very personable and came out to check the finished job. I believe we may have even gotten an upgrade on the equipment. The two systems have work perfectly. The two maintenance visits were perfect as well. The gentleman arrived on time, took his time to do his job well, and was very polite without being intrusive or falsely friendly. We chose FL Green Development because a colleague from work recommended them. And sure enough, the best recommendations come from friends. We look forward to FL Development servicing our new solar systems for decade to come.

FL Green Development has implemented significant changes in its management. I want to express my gratitude to Andy and Catalina for their prompt response in addressing and resolving the unresolved issues with my home from the initial installation. Their involvement has helped me avoid a negative outcome, and I am thankful to the new team at Florida Green Development for their assistance in resolving these issues. Working with them this time has been an excellent experience, and I hope the company continues on this positive trajectory. If they do, I would certainly consider recommending them for future projects.

If I can give them negative stars I would. HORRIBLE experience in every single way. Not only did we pay a premium $$ for our windows but it took them over 10 months to install our windows (correctly). Numerous times they had the wrong sizes or couldn’t find the windows. It was a MESS from day one.

The first time they came they took out windows without checking the ones they had ordered fit and then left our sons room unsecured with two wood panels and a huge gap in between for over a MONTH!!!! Then they finally replaced it with more wood panels which we had for another three months!!!!!!

One time the installers didn’t show up till 5pm on a Friday night and left well after 9pm!!! They also replaced windows that were the wrong tint with windows the same wrong tint and damaged (very obvious bubbles). When asked what they would do about it the answer was nothing!!!! Still have the damaged windows in place.

They would leave a mess after each time the installers would come and unfortunately it was many times. They would also call us a day before the installers were due to come every. Single. Time.

They still owe us a few things and no longer answer our calls or texts. It was such a horrible experience I truly wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

Unprofessional from the top to the bottom, they act as if they’re doing you a favor. I wish I could go back in time and never do business with them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Jacob was extremely professional. He was always there, a phone call away, nothing was too much to ask. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The project turned out really beautiful. We are so happy we selected Florida green development.

I'm very disappointed with this company and the agent. I called PACE home improvement and this is the company that was referred. I have had my Central Air going on 2 years and have had numerous problems of not getting cold. I've reached out to the company who bounds me to the rep who ignores my calls n texts. She's not helpful at all!! I'm 67 years old and needs my AC to work properly, but these people don't care, but wants to charge me for a service call. I don't recall an inspection taking place and I can't get an answer on that. They have gotten paid!! This is the most disgusting business I've dealt with. I would not recommend them!!

We were just reviewing companies for hurricane Impact windows, and was so fortunate to have met Alejandro, he was on time, great customer service, knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. He is a great asset to the company and we will be using Fl Green Development for many more projects. Recommend them 100%.

This company is excellent. They work hard, fast and are very efficient. With all the rain SW Miami has experienced a small leak caused our bedroom ceiling to collapse. This was at 10:40 at night. I had used this company before and was impressed with their work. I was texting and calling the company at 11pm. I received a response at 5:30 the next morning that help was on its way. The crew that came over worked dillegently to repair both the small leak and the ceiling. Their work is excellent.

My experience with FL Green Development was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This is by far the most unprofessional and aggressive contractor I’ve ever dealt with. They repeatedly missed deadlines, failed multiple inspections, and sent out workers who clearly had no idea what they were doing. The same job had to be redone multiple times, and each time it got worse never able to get it right.

The project failed inspection twice, so they were obligated to fix things not out of goodwill, but because the city inspector caught them cutting corners and trying to play tricks to pass. When they couldn’t get it right and we were stuck in a loop, they offered a laughable $600 credit that didn’t come close to covering the damage they caused.

The owner himself yelled at me over the phone and threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t comply with last-minute, undisclosed permit charges. Then they tried to coerce me into signing a clause that would prevent me from leaving a review or even discussing what happened with anyone, tying it to that small credit. It makes you wonder how many others have gone through this and stayed silent. And yes, they actually recorded a lien before finishing the job, in retaliation for not accepting their new agreement. That’s how they operate: bullying and intimidation once you’re locked into a contract.

Even now, they’re refusing to take responsibility for clear warranty issues with doors they purchased and installed, pushing the burden onto the manufacturer to avoid accountability. They also changed managers multiple times, blamed everyone but themselves, and constantly dodged responsibility.

FL Green Development is not just unprofessional, they are manipulative, aggressive, and draining to deal with. I regret ever hiring them. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Avoid them at all costs.

Andy the project manager was amazing! He helped us super fast & with everything I need to be done. He listened to all my concern and made sure every single one of them was met! 10/10 recommend ! My windows looks beautiful finished !

Andy is an outstanding communicator with a terrific personality, going above and beyond to make sure the entire installation process was as perfect, as possible. He was incredibly attentive, answering every question I had right away—even after hours—to make sure there were no concerns or issues. Thanks to Andy, the entire process was timely, and smooth. **Review for Florida Green Development**

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Florida Green Development. From start to finish, the service was subpar. First, their customer service was nearly nonexistent. I struggled to get answers to my questions, and when I did reach someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive.

The installation process was a nightmare. They didn't show up on the scheduled date, and when they finally did, it felt rushed and disorganized. I was promised a clean and efficient setup, but the crew left a mess in my yard and damaged some of my plants in the process.

As for the solar panels, they’ve have not been activated significantly since installation which was in Sept 2021 here we are in Oct 2024 still not activated. I was led to believe I would see substantial savings on my energy bills, but instead, I’m paying even more. I’ve tried to reach out for support, but it seems like they’ve completely ghosted me.

Overall, I regret choosing Florida Green Development for my solar needs and would not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

This company installed 8 windows in my condo, during the installation they cracked the marble window sill in the front. They said they wouldn't replace it.the screens were installed backwards exposing the rubber screen seals to the outside. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great company, we just finished doing home improvement kitchen, bathroom and Pool at my Dad’s house. Amazing experience, everything is perfectly done they were in all details, very respectful workers. Arrived exactly on time at every appointment. Very happy with pricing as well, we have a reasonable monthly payment thanks to Michelle. We interviewed many companies, very happy with my choice! Thank you FL green you guys were amazing.

n Fl Green Development did our impact windows couple of months ago. Overall, we were satisfied of the they did except for two things: the main door handle and lock was different from the one that we wanted/ordered and they made the wrong measurement of our bay windows which took a month to finish the installation. We called Andy for this door lock unfortunately it cannot be changed anymore but he made a deal with us that he will install the new door lock as soon as we have one available. To us Andy is an excellent Project Manager, he was there for us answering our call when we have concerns or questions during the installation. He is an asset to your company. Aside from him, you have a good group of employees like Eddie and Lazaro who did the installation. They are very courteous, polite and respectful, they listened to our concern, if we have any, during the installation. Also, Arthur, your sales person, who sit down with us and explain the procedure in properly completing the documents for the project.

In view of the above, we give your company four stars.

i’m very disapppointed with this company, very unprofessional. I started installing the doors and windows since march and I had to called every week to asked when they are going to finish the job, they don’t contact me at all. I don’ t recomend this company my experiences with them was horrible. This is the finished job. Wasted money
