1600$ system, 3 heads that have popped within months of each other, holes in yard, loss of dirt where sprinklers have popped, water that was just pouring out and big water bills... yeah, think twice before using this company....

Needed help getting our sprinkler system working properly. They never got our system fixed but convinced us we needed to upgrade our control box. Spent the money and definitely not worth it.. We have since tried to get system working properly ourselves. And, good luck getting them on the phone. You can call them if you don’t mind waiting more than 20 minutes on hold. I will call them and waste another 20 just to tell them to cancel my lawn pest/fertilizer service. Three weeks ago came to service our lawn and was told my grass would start greening up in a few days. Still waiting. Looking for another company.

I would not recommend this place. Tried to charge me 1600 dollars to repair my prep table with a 8 hour labor charge. The technician that came had no idea what was going on and eventually just left saying another person would come but never did. The owner eventually called me back and gave me the 1600 quote 🤦‍♂️but never even seen the issue in person... You can buy a brand new prep table for less

I heard about this guy from a friend and was extremely surprised to find a really nice team that scheduled me a repairman that came on time and fixed my dryer in no time! The price was fair. The repairman was knowledgeable and attentive to my requests.

Do Not Waste money with this company , guy said $69.99 to come and look up issue , next day they sent another guy he doesn’t even know what he is doing , eventually he gave he gave big invoice (almost cost of new oven range ) and he was not speak English either so I didnot understand and I told him to make call your boss then he called a lady she said charge is $80 , I said yesterday guy said $69.99 then she said that’s only if I pay from credit card if I pay with cash then $80 , and I paid $80 just for nothing , I don’t know how this kind of business still in existence, please do research there are good appliance repair service out there . I never use this one again .

For first estimate appointment, I was told the tech would call when he was on his way, but I had to call the shop because he hadn’t showed during the time frame (I had scheduled this time frame because my dogs would be out of the house). They said they’d call him, and he then just showed up without a notice some time later. When he had the parts to fix it, he texted me and I asked for a certain day (only day available) and he agreed but he didn’t confirm time. Day of, I had to reach out to him and he asked if I wanted to do it the next day instead. He did agree to 3-5 day of anyway. He showed up at 5pm and took until after 8pm to complete the control panel repair. St Patrick’s Day is one of my family’s biggest and most important days of the year and we couldn’t celebrate it due to the un-timeliness of this experience. AND an entire screw was left in my dogs food bowl! Is my oven going to have an issue with a missing screw? Is it unnecessary? Who knows! Would not recommend.

Am new to this area and went with GE Monogram Expert after reading reviews. Am very happy I did! Jose was responsive in setting up appointments and Greg came out to repair my LG HE washing machine. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I bought sturdier water hoses from him, he took care of a drain pipe issue and he mentioned how the valve in my place is leaking (it had a cap on it prior to my move-in -- I told the office and maintenance is going to fix it). So he took care of my machine and pointed out any issues that might create future problems (like flooding!) Am grateful!

Called GE Monogram Expert at 7:00 is with a problem with our Dryer. Russell and Ike were very helpful and said they could have someone out that morning. Steve arrived about 11:30, found the problem, drove to get the part. He fixed the dryer for a fair price, was very courteous, and kept me posted throughout his work. He cleaned up completely when he was done. Very pleased!

I called this company to have my fridge diagnosed because I suspected the compressor was toasted. The company send a technician to do the diagnosis and he stated "it is the compressor relay"..The he wanted $350 just change the relay. The relay is one of the easiest parts to replace in a fridge. So I refuse to pay that much to replace such am easy part.
Then tech left and it was obvious he was not happy.
I ordered the part, installed guess what?…....it didn't work at all.
Imagine if I had paid the $350.and then the compressor ? It seems like the tech didn't know what he was doing. To me, it was more like a tactic to squeeze more money out of the customer, but that is just my opinion. Either way, I don't recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their appliances....just stay away from the and get somebody else....you may be better off.
