After going through numerous companies and having so many issues with our AC over the last 20 years we did our research and came across Busy Bee Air Conditioning and Heating. Hilda is great and very knowledgeable. She install the unit inside and out and replaced the copper lines under the house as well as the ducts inside the house in March 2024. I waited over a year to write a review to make sure everything was still running properly because we replaced our unit 10 years ago and had issues less than a year later. I I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an AC company that's prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

Woke up on the day after the 4th of July to a sweltering house- the a/c wasn’t working. I called an a/c company and they came out on 7/6 and gave a high quote and could come install a new a/c on 7/11. I called Mrs Busy Bee A/C that evening (7/6) and spoke with Esther and Hilda. They were so on top of things! They discussed our needs and sent us a quote (SEVERAL THOUSAND LESS than the 1st company’s quote) and could install on 7/8. (Thus also saving me 3 additional nights in a hotel, too.) The quote was very detailed, unlike my original quote, and detailed all included parts needed. Two technicians came to my house on 7/11 at 8:30 and finished by 3:30, lock, stock, and barrel. They were friendly and knowledgeable and recapped what they were gonna do. And when they were finished, they cleaned up EVERYthing, took every scrap with them. Esther called me Friday morning to let me know the guys were on their way, she also called me Friday afternoon after they left to check that we were happy with the techs and their work. Esther called me on Saturday and on Monday, both days to check that the a/c was working as we expected it to. I told her we couldn’t be happier! I don’t know the technical names, but they replaced everything! Not only did we get new a/c, but the whole system in the garage was now upgraded and better installed than the old system we had. I can’t recommend Mrs Busy Bee A/C more strongly! A+ service!!

I reached out to this company since they installed my A/C unit four years ago and have been servicing it since. When my unit suddenly stopped working, I called them as usual, and they promptly sent a subcontractor to assess the issue. He determined that there was a gas leak but was unsure of the exact location or cost of repairs. He then contacted another person, speaking in Spanish—a language I do not understand—before returning to inform me that the repair would cost $150.
When I asked how he arrived at that number despite initially saying he didn't know, he did not provide a clear explanation. Regardless, I agreed to proceed. However, he then stated that he might not have the necessary materials in his van. Shortly afterward, he left without informing me whether he was returning.
Concerned about the lack of communication, I called Mrs. Busy Bee directly. To my surprise, their representative told me that the technician reported I was not ready to move forward with any repairs. I found this statement absurd—this is Florida, and the heat is relentless. Of course, I wanted my A/C fixed as soon as possible.
The company then sent me an invoice for $2,669.58, demanding payment before proceeding. This was confusing—how had the estimated cost jumped from $150 to over $2,600 within hours? Suspicious, I sought a second opinion and contacted a technician who has previously helped my family. He happened to be nearby and stopped by to check the unit. After inspecting it, he confirmed the leak, repaired it, and refilled the gas—using a much lower amount than what Mrs. Busy Bee claimed was necessary.
At this point, it became evident that Mrs. Busy Bee was attempting to take advantage of a loyal customer. Their handling of the situation was dishonest, unprofessional, and would have amounted to blatant price gouging had I gone forward with their service. I would caution others to approach this company with skepticism when seeking repairs.

Excellent A/C Technician and great response time for service. Overall, Hilda was awesome! She asked specific questions regarding my call for service and explained what she would do and based on her assessment; would review the necessary course(s) of action to rectify the problem I was experiencing. She explained everything as she was performing the tasks and why it was being done and asked me if I had questions along the way. She was very professional, knowledgeable, clean and had a great attitude. I would ask for her to service my A/C all the time if possible!

I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received from Mrs. Busy Bee Air conditioning. . Polite professional and friendly personnel. As a new homeowner who was trying to get adjusted with with all the ups and downs with homeowner ship came with doing the necessary things that cost thousands and you think you have time to address but life always has other plans. Mrs. Busy Bee came to our rescue . So a few months back we noticed our AC was nearing the end of its life so we called and Esther answered and we explained our problem she was honest and said it sounds like the unit is on its last legs but to be sure she would send out a tech to check it out . Hilda showed up on time and fully equipped to work on whatever may be the issue . Upon inspection and diagnostics she agreed that a new unit was the best course of action. Now let me remind you this was a new house and other things needed to get done first most importantly was a new roof . So she said she would do what needed to be done to get it through to another summer and we can go from there . I didn't think I would need a whole other year to get it fixed but Hilda gave me a quote for a replacement which a great deal .but then my wife got pregnant and that pushed things back even further . When the worst finally happened where at 7 months pregnant coming up on June in Florida the AC finally died . (Unit was from 2008) . I first reached out to Frank Gay and they tried to update on a bunch of things and the prices were night and day different then what I had gotten from Mrs.BusyBee ...I called Mrs.Busybee again and Esther answered the phone again which was reassuring since it didn't seem like management was a revolving door and remembered my wife and I from our talks in the past . I explained the situation about my wife being pregnant and the AC dying and it being 87 degrees in the house . She said it was unacceptable to be living like that and we should get this fixed immediately. I mentioned the previous quote which was VERY old and she found it and said she would honor it . Which saved me a ton of money ! She also said would bring a window unit to us so at least one room can be comfortable for my pregnant wife and my 7 yr old son which was amazing customer service . Our work schedule only allowed us to be home later in the day and without hesitation Esther said that would not be a issue . She did say it's not something they try to do all the time with working later in the day but with my wife and kid being hot for going on day 3 she said she would get this done the following day . And she did not skip a beat . By the time I got home she had the outside Hilda had the unit already taken apart and the new one already there and ready to go . We went inside and she went to work on the air handler . Replaced the whole system in a few hours while also answering any questions my wife and I had and even my son who was genuinely curious about what she was doing lol . Between the time I called them agreed on buying the unit and the time it turned on and was cooling the house wasn't even a full 24 hrs !! This company went above and beyond what the normally do just to make sure we were comfortable and also made sure we were aware of upkeep to make sure the life of the machines will last us for years to come . Thank you Esther Hilda and the whole team at Mrs.Busy Bee for making sure this is one less thing for me to worry about when the new baby comes home !!!!! I don't normally leave reviews for companies because I view them as kudos for doing their job . But the way Mrs.Busy Bee took care of me and my family deserves the recognition and praise .. Quick Honest Fair Efficient and reliable . You couldn't ask for more

I can’t say enough great things about Mrs.Busy Bee! From the moment I called, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to respond. My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and they had a technician at my house the very same day.

The tech to my surprise was Mrs.Hilda and she was on time! She explained everything in detail, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. She found the problem quickly, had the parts on hand, and had my system running like new in under an hour. On top of that, he took the time to give me a few maintenance tips to help prevent future issues.

Pricing was fair and transparent, and the service was top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, and great customer service, but Mrs.Busy Bee truly delivers.

I had a tune up from Mrs. Busy Bee. The scheduling was a breeze on their website. The tech came and cleaned my unit. They showed me before and after photos and made sure I understood what had been done. I appreciated that they took the time to go through things with me and gave me pointers for how to keep my unit maintained until my next six month tune up. I would highly recommend this company (and the tech) to any of my neighbors or friends.

Ester and Hilda are amazing! And their crew!
They are so detail oriented and solved every single issue that we thought had been taken care of with Three other companies! When they came to give an estimate they went room to room and went up into the attic. We had at least 7 other companies come out and out of 7 only 2 went to look at the ductwork one being Mrs. Busy Bee air conditioning and heating LLC.
When Hilda came back down from the attic she explained everything she saw with time stamped photos.
The reason we chose to go with Ester and Hilda because they took the time to go through every single thing that was wrong with examples of how the ductwork should be for correct airflow.

We knew stuff wasn’t done correctly because we barely ever had A/C come out of our vents.
After 13 1/2 years and spending more money than I should’ve to these other companies, we now have perfect running ac!
