I thank God for leading me to this company. From the first moment I spoke to Mrs Esther in distress explaining my concerns she exemplified a heart of compassion. Although it was after hours she sent Ms Hilda to my home who showed up very professional & you could tell right away she was very experienced. I had went through the night & half of the day without air, me & my children. I needed a right away solution being my household includes a 3 month old. Ms Hilda was able to quickly diagnose the problem & get my air back up & running within no time. Both ladies showed the kindness of what God’s servants should look like. Thank you for allowing God to use you & moving forward I hope I am blessed to have you doing any future work I may need.

Hilda is always fantastic! She takes time to make sure everything is in working order when she's done, explains the issue in an easy-to-understand way, and we're always happy to see her when we have AC issues.

Busy Bee never tries to upsell us with a new system, and they are quick to get warranty replacement parts for our system.

We hope to keep this system running for many more years, but will not hesitate to replace when she say it's finally time for one.

Updated Review: Our introduction to Mrs Busy Bee was in a rental with a very old A/C unit and Hilda came after hours right away and saved the day with a smile. Her dedication to good customer service did not go unnoticed, so we kept her business card on hand from that point on.

Fast forward to the purchase of our own home. This house needed a completely new A/C unit. We communicated with Mrs Busy Bee again and they were quick to respond, just as before. This time they sent Angel and Eric. Those two gentlemen worked their buns off seeing that every detail was covered, while also being kind, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions we had. When there were unexpected challenges in the attic, they just worked through it and got the job done with terrific attitudes. They even cleaned up after themselves, including sweeping the floors! AND Mrs Busy Bee did not stray from the originally quoted price, regardless of the extra work and materials.

We thought Hilda was one in a million, but it turned out that Angel and Eric have the same dedication to doing the job right the first time with the same courtesy and kindness that they would offer to dear friends or family.

A great company. Great pricing. Old Air conditioning was removed and installed in one day. The technician was very thorough in making sure that the installation was done correctly despite me having the old air conditioning in a location that was very difficult to remove. She was able to notice that the house was very warm and brought over a portable air conditioning to make sure that the house was cool while the air conditioning was getting installed. The day before the installation she made sure that we had a portable air conditioning since it was hot the day before and my elderly mother was in the home. I thought that was very thoughtful that she made sure that my mother was comfortable until the air conditioning arrived. I feel very confident with the installation with the information she provided from the air conditioning and the explanation and how to use the new thermostat. It is a Wi-Fi thermostat and it makes scheduling so easy. I am so happy that I chose Mrs busy Bee to install my air conditioning because not only was she able to install the new air conditioning unit, and was able to be compassionate in making sure that we were comfortable, she also made sure that all old equipment, debris was removed. She made sure that everything was clean and nothing left behind. I cannot stay with words how grateful I am about this company. They waited patiently for me to have all the money available.

Hilda was awesome. She made a special unscheduled stop by our house today. Of course the drain was clogged and she had it addressed in no time. I will be using her for all ac maintenance.

What an incredible job they did. They really seemed to care about me as a customer and I felt very well taken care of. Always arrived on time and took extra steps to make sure I understood what was happening and how they were going to fix my AC.

I’ve spent way too much money hiring other companies that didn’t solve my problems. Mrs Busy Bee knocked it out of the park and they will be my go-to company for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Where do I even start? Hilda and her team are THE MOST honest people you will ever meet. From the time she arrived at my home to give me an estimate to the time she completed the job, was the most incredible service I have ever received. Esther in the office is super sweet and so empathetic regarding a personal situation that my family went through. Hands down just a truly honest company. I can't recommend this company enough. Buying a new A/C has been so frustrating and a real time suck, so I was THRILLED to meet Esther & Hilda. The level of care and customer service is unmatched, their prices are reasonable, and the quality of the work is impeccable. I researched and met with SIX different companies before settling on Mrs. BusyBee because they were the only people I felt weren't constantly trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. Hilda took her time to explain everything in detail on the tech side, and Esther did the exact same on the financial side. Even their tech, Junior, came to do follow-up work and he was very efficient and respectful of my time and space.

I have been waiting to replace 2 units for 5 years. Honest AC company even cheated by making me pay to synchrony bank without doing any installation whatsoever. It took almost 2 months to clear my liability. They have an unscrupulous practice of collecting your social security number. I have been requesting to few companies to send a technician instead of a salesperson !! None of them bothered. Thanks to Nichol who was trying to sell through Costco customers I got in touch with Hilda who happened to be a technician from Mrs Busy bee company. I was so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Even before she requested a quote from her office I knew I was going to work with them. In 3 days project was completed. Waiting for the inspection in few days!! Compared to 4 other quotes I received Hilda’s quote cost me less and their technicians led by Carlos were amazing. Thank you for a great experience. Esther changed my mind from interest free to a smaller payment which I can pay it off without a prepayment penalty. A good team serving above self!!! I wish them the very best.

Mrs. Busy Bee is the BEST company! They're customer service is the best I've come across. Esther was fantastic at making sure that we were well taken care of. Hilda and Angel were amazing! After 2 weeks of going rounds with Home Warranty ARMIS/Home Safe and an unsuccessful attempt from Frank Gay A/C. I finally got with Mrs. BB, Shina who was great and helped communicate tirelessly with warranty to get the repair needed for my AC. Then sending their technician Hilda out to my home who worked with such precision and detail to repair it. We finally got cool air again! The team of ladies did such an awesome job and Hilda was great, friendly, and very professional as she explained every step of the with my daughter during the repair & replacement process. The owner Esther also did us a fair by offering a discount towards a new AC system. Mrs BB made us very happy and we knew we could trust them every step of the way. Their efforts and hard work were truly appreciated and they will have a lifetime customer.

Mrs. Busy Bee installed a new a/c system in my home a couple of months ago. Since then the company has been responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. Hilda is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to educate me about my system. She also takes the time to make sure everything is operating correctly. Hilda has had to return to my home on a couple of occasions to finish the work and each time thoroughly checked the system and the lines to ensure everything was working and draining properly. This service has been provided as a courtesy and there has been no additional charges incurred. Cant say enough about Jonathan. First of all he showed up on his day off. He did an incredible job diagnosing the issue and getting me back up and running when I had friends in town. 5 star all the way highly recommend.
