Steven arrived on schedule and took care of my problem in a timely manner. The whole experience, from making the appointment to the correction of my problem, was done professionally and painlessly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Called when my well pump stopped working correctly. Babe's had someone out the next morning. There wasn't much discussion about repairs, as the pump was in rough shape and I'd already decided to replace it. Rob gave me a quote, much lower than one I had been given a couple years ago, said he could have the pump brought right over. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and so far I am very satisfied with the work. Thank you.

Worst mistake contacting this plumber! Technician informed me of the day and time frame he would start the job (gave him a key fob, so he had access to our gym during the non staffed hours he said he would start job.) Signed the online proposal the technician emailed me. Thankfully I called their office two days prior, because the rude lady answering phones says “there is no work order for your company on Monday and no notes either.” I thought for sure, she was just overlooking my work order, but nope they had no intention of completing the work I was promised on Monday!!! I was flabbergasted that a legitimate contractor would do something so shady to a client! Rude lady that answered the phone, basically blamed it on me. Unreal!
Thankfully, I found a honest, legitimate plumber that came out the next day and completed the job for a fraction of the cost. Babes was charging me $2,500, the current plumber, $903.00!
This place is a ripoff. Buyer beware.

I can not say enough about this company and their extremely professional employees! We had an emergency toilet back up and the plumber we used in the past could not come.. so I called Babes and they responded immediately an took care of the issue in a professional ,timely, fair manner. Now for the best part. Prior to Hurricane Ian I put in a call for and dripping outdoor faucet and ask them to come after the “storm” Well, with all the devastation on the island, a dripping faucet was not my priority and figured they had much bigger jobs to take care of so I didn’t expect them to come. But sure enough they showed up at our business right on time and not only took care of the original work order, but fixed some hurricane damage! Michael and Bill are the best! Many thanks!

The most honest & competent plumber I've met in a LONG time. Fixed my problem and saved me a lot of money. Their plumber Sean found a simple solution to my water heater failing. he also pointed out other problems with my water softener that Culligan never bothered to diagnose, even after I had been paying Culligan for regular maintenance service for years. I didn't have to replace the water heater, I've got hot water again and clean water from my softener to boot. I will use 5 STAR exclusively in the future.
