Dakota Reigle and Robert Ring are both very knowledgeable and professional. I had an install of 2 units and Dakota was very friendly and made sure everything was done efficiently and the area was left very clean!

Robert did a great job of presenting the attributes of the equipment to me and explained everything to my satisfaction. The installation went picture perfect. GERRY is a very personable young man and did a very professional job of installation. Job site was left in A1 condition.

I called Grand Aire last evening to schedule a visit on an issue with water dripping under the handler. They promptly returned my call and sent Alex to look at/fix the problem. Alex did a great job, he was prompt, courteous, professional, communicated & explained the issue. We have been with Grand Aire since 2016 and cannot recommend them enough to anyone searching for air conditioner etc services.

We have used Grande Aire for closer to 20 years. We have been happy for the most part with our services.
However, one person stands out lately for the last six or seven years.Tom Englebrecht Has been working on our ice machines for years out on little Gasparilla Island. They are no Stores on the island and we do a lot of fishing. Period also things tend to break down a lot In the salt air. We picked Tom up by Boat and he is always in a great mood and the minute he gets to the Island He diagnoses the problem with the ice machine, almost immediately and always has the parts and or a way to fix the machine to get us going for the Trip.
We have three families that own the house and we are all hoping that Tom does not retire anytime soon😃

So it's a November Sunday,
mid-afternoon and I had to call for emergency service on my A/C. Jim McInnis was the tech who came out. He reached out by phone first and then arrived at our home within 20 minutes. He had us up and running in no time! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. We are very grateful!

Sam A, Zach M, and William C. were fantastic. They arrived on time and were efficient and very professional and friendly. They helped to get our systems back up and running in no time! I would highly recommend their services and Grande Aire!

William C. arrived on time for our 6 months A/C maintenance servicing. He was very efficient in conducting his work and effective in communicating his findings to us. He went out of his way to assist us in programming our smart thermostats and moving attic items for us that may have affected the operation of our systems.

After repairing our old HVAC system, the technician said it was a temporary fix. He put us in contact with Grande Aire to get a new system. We got the estimate, which we thought fair. The installation went smoothly. Everyone from Grande Aire was friendly and professional.

Our HVAC system went out. Taze was quite knowledgeable about our options to repair or replace. Once our decision was made, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Grande Aire was here when they said they would be and were quick and even cleaned up everything when they were done.

We have worked with Grande Aire for years. When we had to recently replace our HVAC systems at our home and office, Robert Ring was top notch! He walked us through our options start to finish, provided guidance about next steps, stopped by the job site to make sure things were going smoothly & followed up afterwards to make sure we were all set.
