Just had our HVAC system replaced. Grande Aire did an awesome job. Great communication through the entire process. Taze was phenomenal. Phone calls and texts were returned the same day which is a rare occurrence from contractors down here. They held the schedule, another rarity down here, and job was completed on time. A+ all the way around. Highly recommend.

Robert Ring was our consultant and he was very professional. Went over all of our options . Nicolas and Jerod installed our new AC system. They were great, cleaned everything when they were done, went over all the instructions on how to use the new system and answered all my questions. Rachel and Karen in the office also amazing, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Grande Aire if you need a new AC

We have had so many issues with our refrigerator and Deb at Grande Aire coached me on how to request having it replaced and provided all the service call records together in an email so I could forward to the manufacturer. Plus she always kept me updated on when the parts would be arriving or if back-ordered. I never once had to follow up with them!
Today I received the great news that the "lemon" will be replaced!
In addition to Deb, I also want to express my appreciation to Doug and Rich, the two service techs who have been here multiple times (more than others) diagnosing and repairing. They never complained about the time it took them, no matter how late. They were always so kind and patient. Everyone we have worked with at Grande Aire has been knowledgeable, professional, as well as personable. They are all so wonderful to work with. Thank you Grande Aire for hiring such exemplary employees!
