I called 5 different companies for a quote. Team Plumbing sent a technician (Colby) and had my problem fixed before I even got a call back from any of the others. Quick, professional, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I have used team plumbing for my personal properties as well as rental properties and they have always been professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. This is a family owned business so they all care more than most. Most recently Colby switched out two of our toilets and he was very capable, patient and made sure the job was done correctly before leaving.

I’m so glad I found Team Plumbing and Drains! Finding a reliable plumber can be stressful, especially when something goes wrong unexpectedly. But from the moment I called, they made the entire experience easy and reassuring.

They showed up on time, were incredibly professional, and took care of the issue quickly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating customers with respect. What really stood out was how friendly and down-to-earth the technician was, he took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I felt comfortable with the solution before moving forward.

It’s clear why they have so many great reviews, they really do live up to their reputation. Whether it’s a big issue or a small one, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, responsive, and skilled plumbing help in the Boca area.

Called Teams, very nice people, they came out, found kitchen drain issue, it was leaking outside (thank god), unfortunately it was buried in the concrete wall so they had to dig into the wall for it, they found it, fixed it, even worked during the rain.

FINALLY... a company and contractor you can count on. They provide quotes, stand by them, and do great work. Plus, they take pride in what they do, making sure they leave your house exactly the way it was—only better (if you had new faucets and hoses installed). Ashlee and his colleagues provided the best service I have ever received from a plumber. After two very disappointing experiences with other plumbers I was extremely skeptical. However, Team Plumbing provided me with a reasonable estimate, expertly completed the job in a timely manner, and did not try to pad the bill or sell me additional services. Terrible management although the plumber himself is very polite, but his wife (manager) extremely rude, over one small misunderstanding on scheduling she used a very rude tone with me, saying "that SHE runs HER business, NOT people.." I understand her frustration, but there is a certain way a "professional" should speak to a customer. If she doesn't have people to hire her, then she has no business.. so I suggest she change her attitude toward potential customers..her response was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Plus the services were slow... I called two weeks ago and still nothing.. if you want better services and to be treated with respect I suggest you call some other plumbing company because this one is lacking in that area.

I called Cohen Plumbing because of the positive reviews. Stacey set up the appoinment, Nicky came and fixed the problem. They were quick to come out to my house, they were reasonably priced and they are knowlegeable. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call Cohen.

I had a few plumbing issues resolved by Nick, he’s a gem and so is his lovely wife who runs the office. Would recommend highly.

Stacey is amazing. I have called her two times for some plumbing issues I had. Right away she told me they are a family owned business and not equipped to handle the jobs I described. Many companies would send someone anyway, however she knew I would be better served by using another company. She actually sent me a referral that worked out great! I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues soon, but if I do I know Cohen Plumbing won't steer me wrong or rip me off. Such a great pleasure to deal with a business that places their customers first. This is why they have earned my respect. Keep up the great work. Evan was great, he came in and fixed the toilet that was running also fixed the bolts to the tank. He then put in the waterline for the Ice and water for the refrigerator. The line was copper and Evan made it so it hooked up to the new fridge.Everything is working well. I would use Hammer Plumbing for all my plumbing needs, He has very fair pricing.
