Pompa Plumbing came to the rescue! I had a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater with Wi-Fi installed 2 weeks ago by a qualified plumber. It failed before the end of the 1st week. My plumber came back out and diagnosed the issue and worked with Rheem to get a replacement however he failed to show up to change it out. The plumber Rheem fist sent out came and even though he said he would wait 10 minutes for me to arrive home he left and charged Rheem for the service call. Rheem then set me up with a replacement order (which should have been done 1st) and gave it to Pompa. Within a couple hours the Pompa scheduler called and explained the process of changing it out and set an appointment for the next day for 2pm. He explained that the tech would call or text on the way. The next morning the technician called at 9am to arrive in 35 minutes. Johnny drained, removed and returned the water heater to the supplier to exchange and bring back the new one. He was professional, pleasant, neat and timely. Pompa then called back to check on the installation. After going through a bit of hell with other plumbers Pompa came in and saved the day. Very happy with them and their process.

Carlos could not have been more kind and very personable. He knew how to fix the issues we were having with water heater plus he told us we needed a new part as ours was going bad and it’s under warranty. Very professional and super sweet! Thank you 👍

Very Professional. The tech, Jose was very good. He was very knowledgeable on the job. He cleaned the work area better than it was when he came . If I need to call for any other problems I will request Jose to perform the job.

Chris fixed my new hot water in one quick visit. I had worked with the manufacturer on the phone 5 times over a month to get my brand new electric water heater leak detector system to stop false alarms. I even replaced the control module they sent. Nothing worked. Chris examined the installation area and made a slight mechanical adjustment on the detector. It has worked flawlessly since! He avoided the inconvenience of my having to replace the whole thing under the warranty!

Pompa Plumbing installed our new Raheem hybrid hot water heater less than a year ago. The employee that came to do the installation that was fantastic. So professional and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable with them. Recently, I discovered that the hot water heater was shut off. I called Pompa Plumbing and they came out the next day and took care of the problem. Great to work with.

Our water heater burst and leaked onto brand, new flooring, less than a week old. We were away, and panicked. Pompa Group was there for us. Had somebody at the house within an hour. They cleaned up the floor replaced the water heater, and we were all back in business. I can’t say enough about their promptness, their attention to detail, and their responsiveness. 5 stars for service and professionalism! Kalvin came out right away when our hot water heater had an issue. He got the parts needed ordered and were delivered direct to my house. As soon as the part arrived I contacted the company and he was at our house later that day to install the part. Highly recommend!

Carlos came out to do a warranty repair on my Rheem hybrid water heater. He arrived on time and was quick, professional, and friendly. Great experience overall.

I needed a new gas hot water heater and of course I needed it as soon as possible. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about my experience with them. From the initial call, constant communication and quick and professional installation (the next day) with Calvin the tech checking that everything was working properly and responsive and friendly follow up from Melanie. I highly recommend Pompa for any of your plumbing needs.

These guys were amazing. Carlos showed up for warranty work on time and gave contact info in case i had special instructions, dogs/gate. He checked everything and got my unit running so I had hot water until a new thermostat could arrive. A must with 2 year old and a baby at home. Also he said he will install as soon as I get the part and explained everything. Whole process was less than 30 minutes. Even after the warranty is over i will for sure use them for future service without a doubt!

Denny did an amazing job. I will never call any other plumber, but Pompa Plumbing and, specially, Denny. Not only he fixed the broken hit water pipe, but he gave us guidance, explained the process, was super clean and extremely careful. If I could give him 10 stars I will. He is simply the best!

New Rheem hot water heater went bad after 5 months, these guys came exactly when they said and their tech was excellent. Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and will be back next week to fix the unit. Based on the communication of both company and tech, the appearance of the tech (clean, personable, spoke English, neat and organized) I would trust this company for all plumbing needs going forward.

Carlos was great! He came to look at our new hot water heater on a warranty claim and was able to quickly diagnose the problem (related to an ongoing master bathroom remodel). With his help we now have hot water back without having to replace a brand new unit which we thought we would have to do.

They were very quick to change out my water heater in little to no time. Their price was the best around. I would definitely recommend them again!
