Steve and Ross were both great. I had 2 toilets replaced, an outside faucet fixed and the shower handle replaced. They were very professional, Knowledgeable and even neat. They wore booties and masks and cleaned everything up. They were timely and even kept me informed when they were coming and who I should expect. I would definitely recommend them and call Terrano again. 😀

My water heater was 11 years old and failed after recent storms. I called, got an estimate for the job and they came out within the same business day so we didn't have to go very long without hot water. Terrano has a great reputation and I understand why. I would definitely recommend them and have them do more work for me again.

I finally found a great Plumber in Southeastern Florida! Steve and Denny did a terrific job replacing my undersized water heater with an 80 gallon unit, and installing a Kohler HydroRail in the shower, which completely stumped two of the other large plumbing companies in the area. I had several bad experiences with plumbers since moving to Florida a year ago. Terrano did a great job across the board - from scoping out and quoting the job, to confirming the appointment, and finally following up to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling did our remodel for our master bathroom.They were extremely professional, guided us throughout the remodel process, and kept us informed every step of the way. They ensure they put forth the highest quality of work, which is extremely important when dealing with decisions for your home. They are also one of the few companies we've experienced who stayed within the allotted timeline they set in the beginning of the project. I recently had my bathroom remodeled. Terrano pluming and remodeling are outstanding . He was recommended to me by a family member of mine. The team of workers do an amazing and professional job ,of what each one does. They showed up everyday, and it was well organized by Mr Terrano. Yesterday Terrano Plumbing repaired a broken water pipe in my house. Steve was the plumber and did a very professional job locating and repairing the leak with a minimum of destruction. Previously, Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling remodeled my master bathroom, including a toilet and shower replacement and electrical work. I used them before and am and was completely satisfied with their professionalism and quality work product. They are very responsive, get the job done and follow thru on their commitments. Steve did the plumbing work and was very courteous and competent. I have worked with Debbie in their office and found her to be very helpful and friendly. Ross has built a great team and you can feel confident about working with Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling.

I was very happy with my experience with Terrano Plumbing. Joanna who answered my phone call was very helpful and professional. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys who came to do the toilet repair were also very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Terrano Plumbing.

Steve and Denys were fantastic. They explained everything and gave us an itemized estimate of all the work. They were honest and did not overcharge. They quoted us $250 for a possible broken part on the toilet but it wasn’t broken and we saved $250. We wouldn’t have been the wiser but they were honest and professional. That’s the kind of service which will keep us coming back and to pass the word around. Honesty just isn’t common enough these days and it was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

Terrano Plumbing was called due to leaking toilets and faulty shut off valves and all were replaced without problems. Ross is very meticulous and professional. His work is excellent. We are delighted with the final product and will use their expertise for future plumbing services.

I cannot say enough good things about Ross and the entire Terrano team. They recently completed a total remodel of my guest bathroom and the quality of their work was exceptional. They were highly communicative regarding each step of the process and went out of their way to minimize any disruptions in our home. Terrano Plumbing is a great company with courteous and helpful employees who are knowledgable, timely, and organized. Their administrative staff is easy to work with and not just pleasant but responsive, cheerful, and patient. Repairs have been done quickly, correctly, and for a fair price. We have used them several times for various "older home" needs and have been consistently happy with their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ross Terrano stays on top of the whole process to insure every part of the job is done correctly and with quality.
