Steve did an amazing job: He fixed the clog in our sink and came up with a good idea to take out our old garbage disposal (it didn't work) and install a new pipe to the other sink so we could use both sinks. The work looks good. It was a great idea and at an affordable price: Thank you Terrano!

Ross and his team are amazing. We did a complete demo and remodel of two bathrooms at the same time. Terrano plumbing was on time, on budget, and on their game! The employees are true professionals, and they take pride in their work, especially Steve and his team. Allot of plumbing work is "behind the scenes," which covered up by walls, etc and we've dealt with all kinds before. Ross the owner is a true professional, and he will tell you up front what he can do and can't do. There will be no surprises. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality of work is worth it, especially for vital work that are behind the walls and can't be "seen." Ross doesn't cut corners and we would highly recommend his company.

Words like these do not even begin to explain just how great Nino Cortez and his brother Alex Cortez the electrician are. They have incredible response time, they only deliver great quality work, and are prominent that the customer is always right. I had a slight issue that one of their employees made that was very minimal however when brought to their attention they were at my house first thing in the morning and fixed it and apologized. They even went as far as to not charge me for their work and wouldn’t even take a tip for fixing it! Wow wow wow. I have never had such a tremendous experience with any kind of home improvement service before. They are remarkable and their service really did leave a lasting impression. Please only go to these guys for plumbing and electrical, do your self a favor.

I needed a new Water Heater ASAP. Naz and his crew responded to my call and were on sight within in 2 hours. Did a great job on the installation (2.5 hours) and you couldn't even tell they were there ( except for the new WH). Excellent service and price!! Half the cost quoted by the big box store.

I m located in the Boca Raton Mission Bay area and ran into an issue with my handyman who was completing a repair of a slow drip/leak on one of our outdoor faucets. Once he fixed the faucet he was unable to seal it properly. First Choice responded back timely and set up a visit for the next morning. Robert the technician was very early and came with a really good attitude once arriving. Robert was friendly and kept me in the loop as he began looking at the issue with the pipe/faucet. We talked about the issue and he quickly identified other problems that would persist due to the age of the pipe. He took the time to show me issues with the pipe and explained things to understand the root of the problem. The job was completed timely and the area was cleaned once the work was completed. Everyone from the front office to Robert had excellent communication; great customer service in South Florida is hard to come by, I am very pleased with the work completed and the level of service from First Choice. I would recommend using this company if you need to do any type of faucet or plumbing repair.

This company AWESOME! Called on Christmas Eve/day regarding an issue with water heater. Arrived within an hour of our call to investigate the issue - and mentioned it to be a possible leak with our hot water. Nino said they would return early in the morning the day after Christmas. They showed up early, found the leak, and fixed/rerouted the piping all within a few hours. Would highly recommend First Choice - they were efficient and professional. Would absolutely use them in the future.

Recently had a strange issue that I first thought was a leak from the washing machine. Then couldn't use garbage disposal because it caused washing machine to leak even though washer was not running. Bizarre. Had a washing machine repairman come and that was a total waste of $95 just to show up and say he can't help. Was recommended First Choice Plumbing and they came over less than two hours later on the same day and cleared a calcium buildup in the pipes (thats the best explanation I can give). Nino was great and was able to fix the issue in no time. So glad I was given this recommendation. I also have family over from europe so this was not the time to do dishes in the outdoor patio sink. Will definitely rely on First Choice for any future issues. AND!!! I got a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure all was running well. I appreciated that.

Highly recommended! They showed up one hour after I called them. Found the water leak underground, didn't charge me anything until they came back to fix it the next morning. One of the best service experiences so far!
