Naz and Harvey, did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet, after removing the old. They texted me with reminders the day before, and showed up on time! I highly recommend!

Where do I begin.....it felt like a nightmare for over two months dealing with our landlord and the maintenance technicians he would dispatch to our unit. Our plumbing concerns were valid from the beginning where we first asked to have our kitchen faucet investigated due to a noise that kept coming from it which took over seven days to be addressed. After about a week and a few days our hot water suddenly was completely non existent in our unit. This is when we set up an emergency request to which the landlord dispatched an unlicensed technician that solved the issue by replacing our water heater in under 20 minutes tops at 6pm. I was shocked that he pulled this off but did not want to overanalyze due to the fact that we now have hot water. The bigger issue happens when now after having a new water heater, our hot water pressure was significantly a lot less prior to the installation of the new water heater. This is where our concerns started to be ignored by the technician and our landlord which ultimately had us filing code compliance and FDAC complaints to have a licensed and insured plumbing company come review what was done. And this is where Nino Cortez hero story begins. He was quick to see all the errors committed by the previous technician and held no punches when explaining how we were lied to about "sharing a hot water line" and how no annual or monthly maintenance had been done to the hot water line prompting an immediate filter/cartridge replacement, shower valve replacement and expansion tank installment. If you read this far I believe it is because you are looking for hope, and trust me when you call First Choice Plumbing your faith in humanity will be restored. I know I sound dramatic but the feeling of a hot shower with good pressure after having a newborn will make you incredibly grateful for the small things like this.

Well where do i begin? One day we noticed a sound behind the walls.. of course it was a leak and the panic set in. Constantly running to the water valve to cut off the constant leaking somewhere unknown? Telling my son to take a quick shower so i can turn the valve back on and off until we can get it looked at. Then came in First Choice Plumbing and the owner Nas! He is very professional and reasonable with pricing! He came in and was able to diagnose where it was coming from and do as minimal of damage to the drywall to access the pipes he needed. His work was top notch and i highly recommend his service. I just don’t wish this ordeal on anyone as being a homeowner i guess these things just happen. All in all i was pleased with his work.

I had a small window of availability and Naz was able to accommodate and he took care of all my plumbing issues at a very fair price. I was so appreciative.

I had a really great experience with First Choice Plumbing. I reached out in the morning and needed to get my upstairs toilet fixed as it was leaking into my first floor living room, and Naz came by about an hour later and fit me in between jobs. Fixed my problem in less than an hour. Him and his team was so nice. I will definitely be using First Choice Plumbing the next time I need some plumbing work done.

I have no clue how this company has such great ratings. They don't deserve it, that's for sure! Took about 6 months to get my bathroom complete. Communication with them was absurd. We called to speak with Erica multiple times to see what was going on, I even showed up at their office but she would not speak to us. Still have not gotten a return call. Our bathroom is now complete but done poorly. They tiles around shower are cracked. They installed a toilet seat that is smaller than the toilet. They wanted us to go after our insurance which we did not want to do and had to be the middle men to get Erica's plumbing to come down on their quote and insurance come up on theirs. They did send yummy cookies once was all complete but I'm telling you don't use this company for any type of work. Even a leak the plumber came to fix left it on leaking into our kitchen again. The reason we called them out to begin with. They also get you to sign all this paperwork so that you have to use them or have to pay them even without using them. Evan handled our claim which he was nice but more of a yes man and not get the job done.

I would highly recommend Erica’s plumbing to anyone who needed help with leak detection, a plumbing issue and/or help with mold. Luckily, we only ended up needing the leak detection, but all 3 were a very real possibility and I had 2 techs from Erica’s Plumbing come to fully assess our issue. Both techs (Anthony and Paul) were on time for their appointments and called when they were on their way. Both techs were knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, honest about what they saw & what other potential issues there may be. They took their time and answered any and every question we had-we were beyond pleased and grateful for the service (& education!) they provided. In regards to office/admin part of service, from scheduling to arrival, Erica’s Plumbing’s communication was excellent & detailed- you knew exactly when to expect the technician, what to expect when they got there (regarding COVID precautions they would take) and also who would be coming to your home. They also offered to work with our insurance on our behalf, if needed. From start to finish, Erica’s Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we will most definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Excellent company. Excellent service.
UPDATE: Used Erica's plumbing again, 9 months after original review, to fix a leaking toilet. Same excellent customer service. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. No complaints.

Got a new hot water heater installed. Vincent was quick and efficient. Explained everything, tested everything. Price was fair. I’d recommend Erica’s for sure!
