Very happy with the service provided. Had an appointment and arrived on time. Ended up doing a toilet installation that was not originally discussed. Was able to repair one toilet and install 2nd toilet in a few hours. Very professional in discussing issue. Was thrilled that installation which was unplanned could be dealt with so quickly. Have worked with Erica’s Plumbing for several years. They are very accommodating and willing to work with us since we are part time residents. Excellent service, work, and communication throughout the process and attentive to cleaning up after completion of the job.

Service was professional and quick. The after hours charge is reasonable, but the main service charge is astronomical. If you are in a pinch, they’re good. But I would recommend searching for a more reasonable priced plumber who doesn’t price gouge.

The lady i made the appt with was very understanding and caring. The plumber Evan was courteous and kind. All i needed was a new faucet installed and Evan made it easy and actually a good experience. I couldn't be happier.

I just recieved a quote from Louis E he was so amazing. before hie came i had the water cut off due to the pipe had multiple pin holes and the other pipes were corroded as well. He was Extremely knowledgeable very friendly and honest. I know enough about home repair to do some things and when i am over my head. He explained everything that is required to do the job right so i don'e have issues in the future also provided a warranty . The repair is expensive but there was server damage done .
I told him i didn't have the fund for the repair now. He was so nice he said just cut and cap the pipe call us when you are ready , he then called my later to make sure that i had no issues capping and turning on the water. I am going to use Erica's Plumbing for all present and future repairs.Erica's Plumbing is luck to have Louis E he is very professional and a credit to the company.

Today around 9AM our water heater broke, we called 10 different plumbers this morning and no one answered the phone and the ones that did were AI and not a real person. Super frustrated and then we called Erica’s… Not only did a real person answer the phone, but they were friendly and professional. The lady dispatched someone to us between 1-3pm, we expressed our concerns and said the sooner the better! Sure enough they got someone out here at 11AM! Nick arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and completed the job efficiently, as well as cleaned up after himself! Not only satisfied but you all definitely gained a repeat customer out of us! We won’t be shy of refer you all. Thank you again!

Louis was fantastic. He took real time, care, and patience with the plumbing work in my home, and it showed. We were very happy to be able to get our water heater replaced the same day. Not so happy with the price, but everything costs more than we think it should. Vinny did a great job explaining everything he had to do and I understand it is not an easy job working in cramped quarters like that. He changed the defective supply valve, so now we are able to shut the water off to the heater without having to close the main feed. I'm sorry I didn't get his helper's name but kudos to her for learning the family trade. They were both a pleasure to work with.

Louis came to my house to replace my water heater tank. Very professional worker that knows what he’s doing. I will recommend him to all my neighbors at Whisper Walk. Fast worker and very knowledge that he knows about his work was excellent.

After the gas company detected a leak and turned our gas off, they failed to follow up to do the necessary repairs. I called Erica's Plumbing, a local company, and was so impressed. They had a technician come out promptly to provide an estimate.

The estimate was detailed and fair. Both technicians who came to our home were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it. They did an excellent job and got our gas back on quickly and safely. I highly recommend Erica's Plumbing for their professionalism, fair pricing, and excellent service.

I recently called because I had some issues with the plumbing in my home, the young man on the phone, Hex I believe, was very professional and helpful! He helped me get set with an appointment and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation! Evan arrived quickly to my home after a pipe burst. He was very professional and fixed the broken pipe very quickly. He provided me with valuable information as well. I love this company! They will forever be our go to plumbers! We spoke with Chrissy and she was extremely polite and friendly. Both our toilets were backed up and we didn’t have any usable bathrooms. We called around 4pm in the afternoon and Chrissy was able to get Evan A. out in less than an hour. Evan showed up and was extremely helpful, informative, and professional. He explained everything to us and the whole process. It made such a stressful situation turn into an absolute miracle experience. He even came out with a fully stocked truck and got the job done right then and there! Thank you so much Evan and Chrissy! We are all so grateful!

I had a great experience with Vinny from Ericas Plumbing. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly and clean before leaving. Excellent service all around — I wouldn’t hesitate to call again!

Great customer service from scheduling to finish. Office staff is friendly and found a way to work us into the schedule same day. Office notifies you when the crew is scheduled and 30 minutes out with a mini bio of worker expected to arrive (Vinny in our case). It made us feel more comfortable with the introduction of a stranger to our home. Vinny and Daley arrived on time, demonstrated strong communication skills explaining the issue, work to be done and answering all of our questions. He was empathetic, worked with us on pricing and got the job done efficiently.

Dakota came today and installed an electric tankless hot water heater. He did a great job. Very professional service! Dakota was a very respectful and personable young man.

Michael was terrific! Very professional! Serviced my air conditioner. No difficulties whatsoever. Very efficient. On top of that a very nice guy service companies should have more people like Michael. He made the experience very pleasant and uneventful. I would hire them again anytime.

We had a very positive experience with Erica’s Plumbing. They were able to schedule a same-day service call on a Friday morning, preventing us from a weekend without water in our kitchen. The service tech texted me to advise that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived exactly on the scheduled time. The tech was professional and friendly. Erica’s Plumbing was absolutely outstanding! Anthony and Jacob were fabulous technicians. They were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. They installed my tankless gas water heater efficiently and right on schedule, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. Jacob and his colleague left my garage absolutely immaculate when they were done. It’s rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also takes such pride in leaving the space cleaner than they found it.
