Garbage disposal was totally seized. Installed new insinkerator 3/4 HP from 1/2 HP. Vinny was on time and communicated all along the way. Would def recommend.

Fred was a great technician!! He diagnosed the problem quickly when my kitchen faucet broke and gave me tips about purchasing a new one. He even showed me how to deal with the leaking faucet until I purchased the new one and he returned, so I wouldn't have a pool of water underneath the sink! Then, he came back and installed my new faucet and did an amazing job with it! I love my new faucet, and I especially love the fact that I don't have to wipe up water under the sink anymore. Louis was pleasant and efficient. However, the cost to install the toilet (needed to chip away some tile to fit the new toilet) seemed a little pricey.. around $1,100

Horrible customer service. Had a pipe burst outside my office. They came to repair it. Repair was not done properly. Pipe burst again after they left but 10x worse. So much water came out of the pipe that it flooded the inside of my office. Called to have them help with water mitigation and Erica's plumbing took zero responsibility. Now my entire office is under water. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.

Prompt service, especially since we had no water (outdoor pipe broke). Courteous office staff. Vince, our plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.

Erica's Plumbing came out same day and helped to quickly and effectively solve our plumbing issue. Dakota was courteous, communicative, and very efficient. He was very respectful of our house and family. We needed a toilet repair and some other issues that he helped diagnose. I recommend them for your plumbing, AC, and restoration needs!

My HVAC technician gets 5-stars, & his name is Michael G.who came to service my AC system (a bi-annual check-up). He was fantastic, very personable, extremely qualified, knowledgeable (2nd generation HVAC guy), and he really listened to my concerns and addressed them. If it's possible, ask for Michael G. as your technician, you will be very satisfied. The office staff and scheduling has been pleasant to deal with, too. The 4-star review is for my overall experience with the company.

I needed Erica’s plumbing to come by the house and replace cast iron pipes in my master bathroom (60 year old house) that failed. In parallel with the replacement they needed to help with the bathroom renovation that included creating a shower where a closet resided as well as a toilet and vanity connection.

Erica’s sent out Terrance and Pedro to complete the majority of the work. It took about three days of work to replace the pipes in our crawl space and change the footprint in the bathroom. I was so happy to have these guys working the job. They made it seem easy to do and had great suggestions for spacing and pipe placement. They came back out a week or so after the pipes were
completed to install the vanity which was carelessly delivered in a giant thousand pound box at our front door. Terrance, Pedro and Dakota moved it in like nothing and got it up and running.

If any plumbing issues pop back up in other parts of the house, I will call Erica’s without a question. Would absolutely recommend.

Vincent was great. He was able to complete replacing our Moen overflow water monitor in 20 minutes. We're not sure why our quote for installing the unit, which we received free from Moen, was for $450.00 which we paid. It seems quite high for a 20 minute equipment swap. I could see if there were problems with the swap, such as a cracked pipe repair, etc. But it literally took 20 minutes.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I had an issue with my a/c unit and called Erica’s plumbing and a/c. They sent over a repair man that looked at my a/c unit. He emailed me a proposal for $1500 to fix and replace the motor in the a/c and other parts. I called Anthony from All American Cooling and they came over instantly. The repairman looked at the a/c unit and fixed it in 10 min without replacing any parts for $200. I called and emailed Erica’s plumbing and have never heard back.

Super company! Very happy with the work that was done. Nick and his worker (sorry.. forgot his name!) were professional, neat, personable and got everything done in a timely manner. Super guys and super company. Highly recommended 👌 👍

I had Louis E come out this morning to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement. He made some positive suggestions and upon my acceptance of the estimate he immediately went and got the toilet, returned within an hour and installed it. It was a very professional job and he is knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend him.

Vincent was the best!!!!! So happy he was able to complete the job in only a few hours! He installed 2 automatic toilets as well as unclogged my sink. He was so nice and sweet too. Great customer service. Will definitely call this company and request Vincent again.

We needed a plumber immediatly. A backflow was damaged and shut-down wayer service to 4 elderly residents. Ericas showed up quickly, communicated well, and did an excellent repair. Price was reasonable. They are definatly going on my permanent vendor list for future work!

Booking an appt was easy. They even called to confirm my appt. Dakota was my plumber and he was great. On time and even wore his covers for his shoes while entering my home (fine details of the service). Clean job and an overall good guy. Will definitely be using them again if something were to come up.Thank you again.
