Paul was on time, very friendly (with my puppies too). The job was done quickly, he kept me informed through the steps of what he was doing and cleaned up when he was finished. I will definitely call them again for any additional needs.

We had a leaky toilet that Paul came out and fixed promptly. He was very personable yet efficient. The best part is that my baby was sleeping in the next room, and Paul was kind enough to not wake him up! I'd definitely call him again, although obviously I hope not to need to! 😊

First Response Plumbing sent a technician out to my house within an hour of me calling about my water heater. Paul was incredibly helpful and efficient when he installed my new tankless water heater and even helped me coordinate with the electrician. Will continue using them and would highly recommend!

Me & my husband have been staying in an Airbnb in Dania, Florida for almost a week till one Friday morning we noticed the toilets where not flushing & the shower tubs were drained up with water & poop! We contacted our host & he called this plumbing company. And when they said they would be there by 2pm he was actually a little early arriving. I was happy about that! Paul was very professional & patient & was very knowledgeable of what he was doing!! He was very friendly w my dogs too! He was finished in 30 minutes!! I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Shah came today to service the water
heater and give an estimate to replace a shower fixture. Just as expected he was professional, knowledgeable, and really helped decide the best option(s). Thank you Shah and First Response.

We called first response yesterday for a leak and garbage disposal replacement. Paul was here first thing this morning He replaced disposal and fixed all other problems under the sink quickly and neatly. He was kind enough to check under my bathroom sink to make sure everything was working fine. Would definitely call Paul again!

We called when our kitchen faucet knob broke off which caused water shooting to the ceiling and water running under the sink. Paul was there within 30 minutes and fixed it for me. He had to repair and install all new valves in the kitchen and at the main shut off.

He was fantastic. The faucet is fantastic. Life is fantastic.

Recommended to us by a friend- Paul was here within an hour from our call, worked the rest of the day and finished up promptly the next morning with our additional issues we brought to his attention while he was here. I called this company to service a clogged drain. After inspecting it, they told me the issue was serious—a broken pipe underground—and estimated the repair would cost $4,500. They also charged me $250 just for the inspection. I decided to get a second opinion and called another company. They came within an hour, opened the drain with no issues, and charged the same $250—without any dramatic stories or upselling. I won’t be using this company again.

I had a nagging leak that multiple plumbers couldn’t diagnose or solve. Will from First Response came, diagnosed, and fixed my issue with ease. The company is extremely responsive and Will, my technician, was fantastic. Very lucky to have found them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I can’t even believe how wonderful the service was. The technician was awesome. I will definitely use this company again if anything happens.

Beware of their claims of professionalism - they are all false.

Installed a top of the line water filtration and treatment system at my brand new home, a nearly $3000 job. They have so far been back three times due to leaks and pipes they broke during installation. I expect a fourth time.

Stay away from this business - they are not BBB accredited, and so poor results are to be expected.
