Found JH DrainCleaning on Google yesterday - saw ratings and went for it. Glad I did. All went well and I'm up and draining again this morning. Very happy with his work and pricing.

Joe is awesome. I was having an issue with my garbage disposal. He worked his magic , fixed the problem I caused, and saved me from having to get a new one. Would definitely recommend.

I learned of this fine plumber from a satisfied neighbor, called him and he came the same day, quickly assessed several plumbing repairs I needed, reviewed options with me, and zipped off to get the fixtures/parts I would need, and then skillfully repaired, and installed, what was needed, doing so in a very reasonable time, neatly, and completely, and cleaned up afterward. All at a decent price. I highly recommend Joe to any homeowner needing efficient and skilled plumbing work from small items, to a big project. RFK, Boca Raton

I have been very happy with the service provided by JH Drain Cleaning. I have hired Joe a few times to repair and replace interior and exterior plumbing and fixtures, including a very stubborn faucet! I think his prices are reasonable and he is very easy to deal with. He usually responds quickly to messages. No drama!

Highly Recommend - I would like to thank Joe Hoff for his excellent work. When I contacted Joe he responded quickly, was polite, prompt, reliable and fixed the leak under both my bathroom sinks and both drain stoppers. He also fixed my clogged bathtub drain and recommended a new stopper for that as well. No need to look any further if you are looking for a reliable and honest plumber. Call Joe and you will not be disappointed!

Needed a plumber a couple times for different issues. Garbage disposal, toilet not working, and not getting hot water which was my most recent issue. I always call Joe, very reliable and for me his honestly is great. I ended up needing a new water heater and he got it done for me in a timely matter and cleaned up after himself. The price wasn't bad either. I was so happy to have hot water again. There is no one else I will call for my plumbing issues. When you find a good plumber you don't need to search anywhere else.

This excellent plumber deserves to have his skill set and work ethic heralded. Last year he came to the house to put a new wax ring in for a toilet and I was very happy with the entire experience and can say a year later his work can be counted on for being done right … which is why I called on him back last week. I had both a shower that wouldn't drain and had a valve problem plus a kitchen faucet that leaked from multiple places. Joe Hoff not only opened the backed up drain, but did a beautiful job repairing and replacing all of the old parts for the shower valve and shower head, and the kitchen faucet (and new lines) while doing it in a way that left everything pristine. And if that weren't good enough, he cleans up after his work without having to be asked! Watching him work is like watching an accomplished artist.

As a owner/ field operator of a property management company for estate homes. It is very important to find and have confidence in company’s you bring into such houses. In First Response Plumbing we have found an assest that’s priced fair and competent. We continue to use and refer Jon and his guys with great feed back from our clients.

Highly disappointed. Called them out to a condominium property that I manage and they showed up late, told me that because I couldn’t pay them right away, that they weren’t the right company for them. Little do they know, the property averages in $90,000 worth of plumbing repairs per year. It was actually your loss, not mine. If you know anything about condominiums or work in condominiums, none of them will pay you the same day and they don’t have an obligation too either. Good luck to your company but with that kind of attitude, your business will never thrive. It’s not surprising that your tech showed up with outdated equipment. He also tried to upcharge me because I am a female and thought that I wouldn’t know what a simple stoppage normally runs for.

We called this company for a drain repair and a very nice young man was at our door in less than an hour. His name was Amaller Avlet and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, he answered all my questions, and most importantly he was so nice and I felt super comfortable having him in my home. He gets extra bonus points because he was even super kind to my 4 year old son. I will definitely be using their services again, thank you so much Amaller, it was a pleasure to meet you!

This is the only company I will call! They are so professional and always respond immediately. Paul came to our home this time and he was incredibly professional and explained everything thoroughly. And once again, the repairs were completed perfectly. This company is top notch!

The water line valve, (I guess that's what it's called) behind my master toilet was leaking. It was rusty and old. I had to turn off the water to that toilet. Paul came and had the replacement installed in no time. He has an extremely friendly demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. I posted the before and after pics.

One year ago I had a whole house water filtration and salt less water softening system installed at my home by Robert at First Response Plumbing. The company was on the manufacturer's list of approved plumbers in the area.

Because the system was not installed properly by First Response, one of the cheap plastic connectors Robert used split after only 1 year of use, resulting in a gushing leak. As seen in the photos, and according to a different plumbing company I had properly re-install the unit, this was a lazy, sloppy job. They also said it was "jerry-rigged". The tanks, especially the heavy, 5-foot tall should have been dug into the ground for stability as instructed by myself and the specifications from the manufacturer. Notice that the stems to the tanks are not supported and are twisted by the weight of the large tank. Also, the PVC pipes from the water main were run above ground strapped to the side of my house with plastic brackets -- yeah they are grey to make them look like metal, but they are thin plastic. The pipes should have also been underground. These are unsupported pipes carrying water all day long. The installation mistakes all put pressure on the cheap plastic joints, causing the issue.

I trust professionals who are charging me over $800 for a 3-hour job to take pride in their work and do it right. That was not the case in this instance with First Response.

I contacted them about the leak and standing by their work, giving them the opportunity to make this right. But their Response was that since it's been more than a year (1.5 years) the work is out of warranty. This omits the fact that the job was done incorrectly from the start. They did not see it that way. This tells me that they do not care about doing the job right, to make it last, just for the now to get paid. Disappointing and expensive mistake but lesson learned from using First Response. I hope others can learn from this too.

I got a NO SHOW, NO CALL with sewage backed up in my home. John wrote the wrong phone number down and told me they waited for me for an hour at my house. I never got the call to leave work. I would have to schedule again another day. It must have been too difficult for John to look in my file and check the phone number. I hired them before and it was good, 3 stars. Granted, 3 days later a pipe they installed broke at the connection and flooded my bathroom and half of the bedroom. They came right out and fixed it, luckily at no charge but I had a mess to deal with for the next week drying carpet and replacing padding. I called Gator Plumbing, they were right out and took care of it.
