Bad experience. Plumber Yosef attempted to charge me double the price. He adjusted it to the correct amount. I sent him a follow up question and he responded with two disrespectful messages including "Don't waste my time / Don't expect me to run around for you for free". I do not recommend Watermen plumbing.

Yosef and Travis were amazing. Extremely professional, courteous and tremendous attention to detail. Great customer service skills, they are both definitely an asset to your company.

Yosef came to my house and fixed a backed up drain as well as my water heater. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company!

I had Yosef come out to repair two toilets that continued to run. They came out promptly and attempted to fix the issue at hand. The guest bathroom was fixed but the master toilet continued to have problems. The company did come out three different times to fix the issue but due to the style of the toilet they were not able to do so. Yosef offered to give me a discount on the master toilet work which is very nice to see a company doing that here in south Florida. Watermen not only values their work but also their customers. I would recommend using them in the future

Service man was pleasant, explained everything, came on time, fully prepared with all needed tools and equipment to fix my job., Gave a 6-month warranty on their service. Not the least expensive, but know from experience that you get what you pay for and I consider them worth the cost.

Watermen Plumbing did an excellent job installing new toilets throughout my house and fixing my master bathroom sink . They arrived on time, were very professional, did great work, and cleaned up, all for a fair price.

Called with emergency of our toilet leaking down into apt below. They came same day of a holiday weekend and though not cheap, at least the issue is fixed. The plumbers were friendly and professional and we are satisfied with the experience.

I was experiencing a terrible rotten food smell coming from the kitchen. The first plumber I contacted told me I had no issues and that I shouldn't be throwing food down the drain but I wasn't doing such a thing. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion, called watermen Plumbing and they were able to quickly get to the source of the problem and provide me with options. Quick response on the call and great service.

I call them twice, they are always punctual, professional and respectful. They take their time explaining the situation to the detail. They also took care of all applications required by the building association (not an ease one). They are people of word, and care much about their policies and to make the customers happy. I would strongly recommend and would call them again.

Yosef is a great Plumber, courteous friendly and excellent work ethics. Once worked started, pouring rain began. I assumed he will tell me he will come back another day. To my surprise, he came prepared and was able to finished the job. I have hired many through the years. Few come close. I am happy to give 5 stars.

1 Star, yes that is correct. I had an exterior faucet that was dripping water around the stem of the handle when you turned the faucet on.

Technician came out. I showed him the faucet and explained what it was doing.

He went back to his truck, then provided 3 price point selections. The highest was $1200.00, the lowest was almost $400.00.

I was in shock, I did not agree to any of the 3 estimates provided.

I told him I felt like I was being price gouged and the company tactics were those of a shady used car salesman.

He then said in order to repair or replace the part, not under any of the 3 price quotes he would need approval from his manager.

I told him no thank you.

I went to home depot, for less than $20.00 I repaired the faucet.

I have been using the services of "Watermen Plumbing" from roughly two years, always on time and very professional.
From kitchen problems to the toilet, and other plumbing problems, Yosef and his team have always been able to fix everything. They always explain in advance what they are going to do and the charges, so, that I am not left wondering what is going to happen next. I highly recommend their services.

Watermen plumbing treats the client with respect and most importantly an extremely amount of professionalism. Exactly what you should be receiving as a client. 2 technicians came into my home, accessed what needed to be done and took quick action while working in a tight space to complete the job. Clean cut and efficient is how I would explain it. Highly recommended. Answered the phone, sent a confirmation by text and email within minutes of my call, sent another text and email when he was on the way to my home at the time promised, contacted me with his findings, set me video evidence of his findings, and charged a reasonable rate for work performed. This is a very rare level of service in So Fla. I highly recommend and won't hesitate to use again.

The team is always prompt and professional. We’ve had several plumbing issues since we moved into our home three years ago. The team has come to the house 5-6 times and we’ve had consistently exceptional service and quality repairs. We don’t call anyone else.

The technician was very knowledgeable in his profession. He showed up a bit late but he did explain to me his previous service call had him hung up. They also waived the service fee because of this. Sadly the price for great work was out my price range.
