My whole plumbing experience with Joseph of Watermen is one I can not forget. He is one of kind in this day in time, when we as customer get ripe off loose money and can not find the guy any more. Joseph came I was a little shock because I though I had call Rooter Rooter when his truck came i notice it was a different name on the truck. yes my mind started to run. what happen here with rooter rooter. To my getting over the shock. Joseph melt all my fears with his profession way as a plumber assure me that the work would be done. Mostly he is very patience with explaining what need to be done. So Joseph from Watermen in my view he is the plumber for all my plumber needs. Wow what a plumber he is. Thinking of him doing another job. Glad that other plumber did not come.

I was originally confused by the number of good reviews, but now I see why. Honest, thorough and accommodating. Worked through problems, explained things. 2 people showed up for the job and they both worked well. Left a clean workstation. This level of service is a rarity in South Florida. Tipped them both because they deserved it. I will be calling them again in the future.

I called Watermen on a Tuesday evening after getting a call from my contractor that they knicked a pipe with a grinder and they wouldn't be able to continue working until a plumber could come out. Watermen wasn't my first call, but they were the first to say they could get a plumber to my house the next morning! Brendan showed up right on time at 9am and had my issues fixed in less than 2 hours. I was very with the service and would recommend Watermen (and Brendan, specifically).
