Ronald and Adrian were a great team—on time, professional, and they even wore shoe covers inside. Little things like that make a big difference.

I called poo bear plumbing not too long ago and I could feel that they had my best interest at heart. It was to figure out why one of my toilets wasn’t flushing and they were able to figure out pretty quickly what the issue was and installed a whole new toilet same day.

These guys are professional and will always make sure to let you know what your budget can handle. I would recommend Poo Bear plumbing to anyone.

I was very disappointed as I had high hopes for this place. The contract amount is fixed up front but during the actual process of fixing the plumbing all of a sudden there are new discoveries of "incompatible connections" and many new things have to be replaced. So rather than the $700 agreed up front, it ends up costing over $1600. Should not the initial estimate/analysis have caught these things so that the contract does not have to change towards the end of the job?

He was a good listener and showed me pics of what he was talking about as I know little about plumbing. He explained my options as to how to fix the problem. I'm happy he didn't try to up sell, and let me pick which way to go. He even helped clear my sink drain!!

UPDATED REVIEW ***, we just had 4 star plumbing come out and the first thing he says after looking at the issue AND LISTENING TO US tell him what we had done, he immediately said he probably will need to go to roof and snake the vent, and if it didn’t work we wouldn’t have to pay, UNLIKE THIS COMPANY, who robbed us and then didn’t fix anything…he snaked the vent and now everything is fixed and working! Even though I have to pay twice, at least they got the job done! So I’d stay away from this company if you have a choice.!!

I have to agree with the other review, and I should have canceled the claim and call after I read it, and it may not be fully the companies fault but they definitely weren’t nice or professional and ripped us off despite what we told them. Maybe they felt taking these jobs from a warranty company aren’t worth it. I don’t know but after paying them $350, which was half of what the warranty company paid, actually more because we had to pay $75 for them to just COME LOOK, they did the same thing say in there van and then had us sign something and pay them. After paying them and they did EVERYTHING WE ALREADY HAD DONE and told them, they didn’t fix a thing and left. We even asked about the vent and roof as we were told it may be the issue but they refused to even look, which I assume is from the warranty company maybe, but regardless they had no care or concern after we told them and assumed they’d do something more then we did and at least fix the issue. I’m reporting both and the warranty company. If you have a warranty and they call them, don’t even waste your time!!!!! If you pay out of pocket maybe you’ll be better off!

OK so this review is long overdue. I’ll keep it short and simple. I had Poo Bear Plumbing, install a water softener in my home at the beginning of 2020 right before Covid and everything is still solid and running fine. Not to mention a very clean install. It’s hard to find companies in Miami that actually take pride in their work. Show up on time, charge a fair price and get the job done in a timely manner.

Our outdoor faucet was leaking badly, and Poo Bear Plumbing fixed it in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Plumber showed up and apparently fixed the stoppage but improperly connected the hose back to the toilet tank, causing water to leak all over the floor. He left dirty fingerprint smudges everywhere and caulked around the toilet as if he was a 3 year old playing with silly putty. After we called him out again he attempted to reconnect the hose and again failed to secure it properly, thus not fixing the leak and again left behind dirt, fingerprint grime on the walls, etc. Do NOT call this company for your plumbing needs.

I had a plumber come to give an estimate for a simple faucet replacement. After reviewing my setup, we agreed on a price before they started the job. However, about 90% of the way through, they suddenly told me they would need to charge an additional $300 to reconfigure the two hoses on top of the original agreed to price. Since I didn’t have running water at that point and the job was already underway, I felt I had no choice but to agree. Afterward, I spoke with two other plumbers who told me the extra charge was unnecessary, and that simple adapters would have solved the issue. Additionally, the faucet is now very loose because they didn’t have the proper tool to tighten it and instead used their fingers to tighten the bolt. This will require me to call another company to fix it with the proper tool, costing me even more.

I called and spoke with Dora—she was super sweet and scheduled someone for the next morning. Everything was smooth from start to finish.

Fast, clean, and friendly. We had a clogged drain and Andrew had it cleared in no time. Price was fair and service was excellent.

We had a leaky pipe in our basement, and Poo Bear Plumbing fixed it quickly. The plumber was polite, professional, and very efficient.

Would give negative stars if possible.

My company hired PooBear Plumbing to unclog a blockage that was coming up in the floor drains in our public restroom. They made the entire situation worse and damaged more areas.

They tried to snake from the toilets and could not remove the blockage. They never went to check the pipes outside (where the blockage was found by a different plumbing company). They removed a toilet so that they could jet the pipes and—because they never removed the clog at the other end—they flooded more areas than just the bathrooms with sewage. They then left the premises without checking out with a manager on duty and left their flooded mess without saying a word.

Luckily, we were able to get a different plumber in the next day that removed the blockage in less than 30 minutes. However, now, we have to hire a professional cleaning company to sanitize the bathrooms, hallway, break room and office carpeting and then hire back the second plumber to reinstall the toilet—that they left sitting in the middle of a flooded bathroom—and replace the clean out access pipe that they used a sawsall to cut off and the threading destroyed.

I am suggesting that my company does not pay PooBear for the THREE days they took to do what someone else did in less than 30 minutes and because we have to hire more workers to clean up the mess that they made.

Andrew, is very professional. He quoted a competitive price and was on time, and on budget. Workmanship quality was excellent. Poo Bear is a relatively young company (founded by Andrew Ming) and they deserve my recommendation and referral. Not often in Miami do you receive this level of professional service.

I never write reviews, but I had to for this company. We had a major drainage issue in our home in Palm Beach that several other plumbers couldn't resolve.

I just spent $100 for a guy to come over and tell me he needs to run a test on my well and would return the next day. When I called, I asked if the technician had all the necessary tools to complete the job that night, as we had no water, and the lady said yes. He did not. Plus, he wanted to charge us $650 for the well test. Total rip-off.
