We were remodeling our guest bathroom in Ft Lauderdale and needed the plumbing reworked. Ronald handled everything, from relocating pipes to installing fixtures. The work was clean and passed inspection with no issues.

I’ve been relying on Andrew for my plumbing needs for over seven years, and he’s never let me down. Recently, I had a pipe burst in the wall, Andrew immediately advised me on what to do to minimize damage, and then sent one of his team members to help. The plumber arrived quickly, identified the source of the leak right away, and fixed it within an hour. Andrew and his entire team have always been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home’s plumbing!

The pressure valve on our water heater failed and left us with water all over the garage. Called Poo Bear Plumbing in a panic, and Dora had someone out within a few hours. Ronald took care of the problem and explained how to prevent future issues. Great service!

We needed to replace some old pipes in our home, and Poo Bear Plumbing did an amazing job. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

I called this company to fix a leaking pressure valve. I do not feel the tech was knowledgeable as he decided we needed to change the elements and thermostat. I okayed the work to be done at an outrages fee of $500 ( that was with discounts). he decided not to drain the water heater first and as he had a problem getting the element out, water was everywhere. when he left not only did I have a mess to clean, the water did not get hot. The next day someone came out and did nothing I was told to make an appointment. The elements were changed again and here I sit with the same leaking valve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I have asked for an itemized bill so I can get reimbursed from rheem for the parts and they are unable to provide one. I asked for a manager and he "was not available" So much for a warranty which their contract states I have. I give this company a 0.
Buyer beware.

In reply to the owners statement … yes the electrical issue was resolved , this was not identified by your team it was identified by rheem, your technician came back and the water heater still leaks. I am not asking you to come back to my home to fix the problem , I have hired another plumber and will take the loss . I am asking for an itemized receipt which you clearly refused to give me … and when I asked to speak with someone you refused that to. I am not blaming , I am only stating fact . Please send my itemized receipt .

Update…. Just spoke with owner Andrew who states he will “make up an itemized receipt for me and send it after I take down my review”. really ?

Super efficient and reliable. We’ve used them twice now, once for leak detection and again for a water heater swap. No complaints at all.

Our water heater wasn’t producing hot water anymore. Andrew came out, explained what went wrong, and installed a new one the same day. Friendly guy and top-notch service from start to finish!

I’m in Miami and called Poo Bear Plumbing after hours when I noticed water pooling in my laundry room. Dora answered and scheduled Adrian for first thing in the morning. He fixed the leak and checked the lines for any more weak spots. Really appreciate the quick turnaround.

While visiting Florida, I hired Poobear Plumbing to snake a drain. We agreed on a price, but I had to step out for a family outing. Within an hour, the plumber called, saying he needed to retrieve a "correct snake head" and demanded payment despite not fixing the issue. I explained I’d pay only after inspecting the work upon my return, as I was hours away. He made an unsettling comment about being alone in my home, which I brushed off but found concerning.
I offered to pay in full if everything was in order once I returned, but he became agitated. Upon my return, I found the bathroom filthy, my new tile floor scratched from the toilet being dragged, and the drain still clogged. My regular plumber later located the cleanout I’d mentioned, resolving the issue in minutes. Poobear attempted to charge $1,400 for "jetting" without even checking for the cleanout. Most disturbingly, I discovered my AC, hot water heater, and mini splits had been disconnected and the disconnects where taken on the outside of the house, the hot water heater had a manual switch off.
I strongly advise caution if you consider hiring Poobear Plumbing. Close supervision is a must, as my experience suggests negligence and unprofessional behavior

I bought a sink & 8-level water filtration system from Home Depot about a few weeks ago. They contract the installation out to local plumbers. Pooh Bear plumbing was on the list and I loved this cartoon character as a kid so I was drawn to them .. lol 😆 The plumber, Andrew came out and took care of both installations, as well as updated our plumbing under the sink ( 35+ years old). He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and super professional. In spite of a computer glitch that the office had, he maintained a good attitude and made up for it by going over and beyond to make the sink, garbage disposal, and filtration system fit perfectly.

Our shower drain was backing up every morning. This service removed a deep clog from the pipe. Water now drains smoothly.

The kitchen faucet became loose at the base and started moving. I called this plumbing service to repair it. The technician secured the mounting hardware and tightened everything. The faucet feels stable now.

Low water pressure and noisy pipes made showers unpleasant so I called this plumbing service and their technicians repaired corroded sections and adjusted the system and I want to praise the technicians for improving performance.
