Very nice man. BUT he makes appointments and does not show up. Try to call or text no reply. Sorry but there are many plumbers available and reliable. In addition I got the repair for 20% less. Maybe that’s your problem you’re not sure what business you are in? You’re a plumber remember ! Not in the wheel and tire business. Your jokes do not help your business,

Best plumbing service is Boca! I live in another state and have property in Boca. We visit the property once or twice a year and found that there has been a plumbing issue that cause damage to the the first floor. Hardenburgh plumbing was able to get out there quickly and resolve the issue with no one being home. He spent several hours, located all the damaged piping, and repaired them all the same day. He kept contact and updated us throughout the visit. Very trustworthy, Polite, and professional. Will definitely be a return customer! Very reasonable pricing. After playing around with a mickey mouse setup under our sink, I knew we needed professional help. Ted came out in a timely manner, ON A SUNDAY, and really helped us out. We needed 2 days worth of work, but it was an outstanding job and the work is top notch. Ted was so great in showing us what needed to be done and threw in some great impressions/jokes. (Ask him while he's working). We highly recommend this company to handle all of your plumbing needs!

I called Ted with a issue with two of my toilet's, he came over and immediately recognized the problem. In under a hour, he was able to fix both toilet's and keep up a great conversation. 10/10 would use services again and saved me a night of sleep.

Ted came super quickly to repair an outside water pipe that I broke by accident. It wouldn’t stop spewing water but he was able to turn the water off and put a brand new high quality water copper pipe replacement. Great pricing too! Very professional and highly recommend! Thank you!

Ted was amazing! He was so quick to respond and was even helping me at 10pm when I had a major leak in my home. He was willing to drive to my house at that time to make sure my home and family were safe. That meant a lot to us. Ted went above and beyond and I will always have his number for plumbing needs.

I live in the Acreage in West Palm Beach, FL. My well pump stopped working yesterday, April 8, 2024. I did not have the much funding to purchase a new system. My water has been off since yesterday, and we had to buy a lot of water to maintain cleanest. I contacted Hardenburgh Plumbing today and spoke with the owner. I told him our problem, and he provided instructions over the phone as to what to do to get the pump back running. My husband followed his instructions and now the pump is working. The owner not only provided helpful information and save us money, he also followed up with a phone call and asked me did the pump started back working. I was happy to let him know that his instructions worked and i am so grateful that i called his company. Had an emergency so bad, I had to turn off the main water to the house. Called Hardenburgh Plumbing before 7am. Even at that hour, they answered the phone quickly. Their reaction to my situation helped keep me calm.

Though I couldn't address the situation at that moment, he had me set an appointment time. They kept the appointment and were prompt! They respond to calls and text messages immediately!

When they arrived at my house, they got right down to business. It was a fast, quality repair. They had the parts right on the truck. Very friendly and personable! I highly recommend Hardenburgh!

Ted the owner of the company is amazing. Not only did he show up and on-time (always difficult to find good folks) but he was able to immediately diagnose the issue and fix our plumbing under the sink. He also worked on our outside disposal and rerouted some piping to make everything work perfectly. I hired him again to put a shut off valve on outside main to ensure we never have a flood again. He has been in business for over 40 years and is a true professional. If you are looking for a good plumber, with excellent technical skills and great experience, I highly recommend his company for your plumbing needs. 5 Star all the way.

Called Hardenburgh Plumbing on a friday. Spoke with a great knowledgable Plumber over the phone who helped me evaluate two faucet issues I was having in two different bathrooms in my home. On same call I scheduled the plumber to come to my home and within 24 hours both Faucets were replaced and work completed. Process was easy, quick, headache free and cost efficient. Hardenburgh plumbing was very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for your time.

Clearly a first-rate plumber. Ted replaced several outdoor faucets that had corroded. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The installation was very professional, and I liked that he had me check each faucet before he left to make sure I was satisfied. Fair price for the quality of the parts and his labor.

Great fast courteous service.
They checked my entire system. I had no issues in my home.
They were there do to my neighbor stating I had leaky pipes. Should I make him happy at my entire home? Inspector took a few hours but he was very thorough

Had a massive leak at the main shutoff on the side of the house. I called three local companies who could not come out. Finally found Hardenburgh and they were out the same day. Excellent service and very fair in pricing. I would recommend them to anyone in town for quality -reasonable service!

The plumber showed up on time (after getting lost) to install a toilet. Unfortunately, only one plumber was on his crew and I had to help him with the installation. He didn't have all his tools with him, so I had to lend him mine. When I asked him to take the old toilet, he said he didn't do that anymore. We did finally get the toilet installed, after scratching the wallpaper.

Next job was to retrofit an older toilet. This went well, but he didn't have one of the nuts for the filler unit. Luckily, I was able to scrounge one off of the toilet that we replace.

Last job was replacing an outdoor hose bib. This took a bit longer than expected, but he was able to get it installed after setting my door molding on fire. Apparently, he didn't realize modern molding was made from Styrofoam. I just finished patching that up today. Won't use this company again.

I was visiting my 94 year old mother. Half the house was not draining. The company she call told her she had a collapsed line under the slab and it would be $7,000 to fix. Ted Hardenburgh came and fixed the issue used his camera system found no collapsed pipe for 1/8 the price. He is honest, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you Ted, I would recommend you without any hesitation.
