I called Cape Plumbing due to a toilet leak. I had used Cape Plumbing in the past for toilet install and was very pleased with their services, so I called them again. Mark was very pleasant over the phone and told me he was sending Thomas the following morning. Thomas arrived at 8:30am as scheduled. He repaired the toilet leak with ease. I also happen to have a water backup into the kitchen sink after doing laundry the night before due to the drain cycle. I asked Thomas if he could please snake the kitchen drain through the outside clean out. Thomas took care of EVERYTHING with professionalism and knowledge. He was GREAT! I highly recommend Cape Plumbing; they are 1st on my list for plumbing issues. Thank you Thomas & Mark for the GREAT service!

Ted is friendly, funny, godly, and extremely knowledgeable and professional! My tears and fears are gone! He explained everything, was not after the "buck" and taught me a lot. Went out of their way to help me with a clogged toilet late on a Friday. He ended up having to remove my toilet but we’re able to resolve the issue on the spot. Punctual, polite, and honest. Would definitely recommend their services and will be using them if a problem arises.

Our hot water heater leaked. Ted answered my call on the first attempt and told me he would find a new hot water heater for me that day. He followed through on his word and stayed way into the night to get the job done. I absolutely would recommend him.

I confirmed that my residential hot water heater failed on late morning of Friday 14 February 2020, of course. Read lot's of reviews & Hardenburgh Plumbing was well reviewed, so I decided to contact them along with 2 other well top-reviewed competitors; Ted was the only 1 who provided a fixed quote that Friday based on my description and photos of the installation. The other 2 competitors had quotes STARTING at least 50% more than Ted's fixed quote. Ted tried to fit me on late Friday afternoon; however, he could not find the same brand, size, & capacity available until Monday. Looking at a weekend without hot water, I allowed 1 competitor to quote the project on a Saturday, and of course, they charged me after hours for the visit at 10:00 am on Saturday. After they quoted, I took my losses and did not select them, and so decided to go through the weekend without hot water. Had another quote Monday 17 February. Even more expensive than Saturday's quote! Confirmed Hardenburgh Plumbing for that afternoon.

While it's a 2-man job to remove a shorty 40-gallon hot water heater from the shelf over 5' high in my garage (cramped further by a fixed shelf that I installed on 1 of 2 available side accesses in the corner), Ted allowed me to help him with some of the logistics (mostly lifting) to save the cost of bringing in a 2nd worker, to which I readily agreed. Ted knows his business, and was systematic & efficient in his procedure. And he stuck to his very fair quote! Easy to speak with and affable, I would highly recommend Hardenburgh Plumbing for any work for which his company is qualified.

Had a main water line leak that needed to be fixed ASAP. Ted was very responsive and professional. The leak was surrounded by gas & electrical lines, as well as cable fiber optics. Ted was extremely careful not to damage any other lines as he located the source of the leak and fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ted for any of your plumbing needs!!

Ted answered my call for help promptly. He showed up when he said he was going to. He was efficient in finding the water leak inside a wall. He stayed until the job was completed. He also gave us a very fair price. You cannot go wrong if you use this company.

I was out of the country when my neighbor called to let me know that water was leaking out of my garage. Being thousands of miles away from home, and at 1 am eastern time, I frantically called as many plumbing companies as possible to get help. Ted at Hardenburgh Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to pick up the phone, as opposed to the many answering services I spoke to for other plumbing companies. Without out any delay, and with a sense of urgency, Ted arrived at my property within 30 minutes, met with my neighbor to get access to the property and proceeded to diagnose the issue. As it turns out, my hot water heater had an internal leak due to rust which was a result of it being set directly on my concrete garage floor as opposed to sitting in a pan. That same night, Ted mitigated the flood and installed a new 60 gallon water tank. As if that was not enough, Ted showed up first thing, 8 am the next morning, with one of his employees who fully replaced the sheet rock in my garage and painted it as well. To say I am lucky to have found Hardenburgh Plumbing would be a massive understatement. Thank you Ted for being a true professional in every sense of the word.

Ted is an excellent plumber. I called him on a Saturday, and he was at my house within an hour to fix the water leak. He's great at explaining what needs to be done step by step. Hopefully we won't have any more plumbing emergencies, but if we do, we will call Ted again. Highly recommend.
