I knew I had a plumbing issue on my hands and didn’t want to risk my water bill skyrocketing, so I called a plumbing company that a friend had recommended. They sent out a team the same day, and I was genuinely impressed with their service. The guys were super polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They diagnosed the issue right away, it turned out to be a faulty flapper and fill valve and had everything replaced and working like new in no time. Pricing was very reasonable, no hidden fees, and the whole experience was stress-free. Carolina, who assisted me over the phone, was fantastic too. She was so kind and helpful, and made sure I was connected with the right technician. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, they truly delivered great service.

I had a great experience with Elite Plumbing Team when they came out to replace my water heater. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. Ston and Randy were the technicians who handled the job, and they were fantastic—on time, courteous, and clearly experienced. They explained everything they were doing, answered my questions without rushing, and left the area clean once the job was done. The new water heater works perfectly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend this team if you need any plumbing work done!

It started with a major link in the main water intake valve, and became a water disaster of the wet kind. Had to turn off all water to the house. My tenacious tenant quickly contacted Elite Plumbing. They came right out, gave us a quote, fixed that leak, and BOOM! We were done. My kind of repair job! The repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. You could just tell, everything was gonna be okay. And, it is.

The guys at Elite Plumbing were amazing, particularly Daniel Jean Baptiste. I called them for an emergency repair for my main water line that burst due to poor design and Daniel came out after hours to shut off the main line from the city. Then he setup a repair to be done the next day first thing in the morning. The repair only took 3 hours and not only did Daniel fixed it, he updated the initial water line design to prevent it from happening again. He also provided a full assessment so that I could use it against the builder for reimbursement. Daniel and the guys at Elite Plumbing are the best in town. Will be using them again when needed.

Doug and his team was the biggest help. I called around a few people to help with a leak I had directly behind my water meter. The ELITE PLUMBING TEAM were the only ones willing to come take a look with out wanting to charge me for it . I will always call on them for my home repair needs.

Previously gave a good review but the toilet replacement has a rocky toliet despite following not moving it for 24 hrs. They also never put washers under the caps on with the brand new toilet. They come with it. They are a rip off for mini value changes . Paid $900z

I've been around a long time and I have been in the service industry myself and hands down this is the best service I've ever gotten. I had an emergency where a spigot outside my house broke off and I had to shut off the supply to the house. Literally no water. I called five companies and only one of them got back to me, Elite Plumbing. He showed up in less than an hour and spent hours fixing the faucet. He also fixed it in a way that it can be replaced by unscrewing the faucet and screwing in a new one instead of having to weld one on. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Doug and Lucas came to my home to fix a problem I had with the plumbing and did a wonderful job. They were respectful and clean and left everything exactly the way it was with everything working. I’m super happy with the experience and recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber

First time using Cape Plumbing and it was a great experience. Andrew was prompt, did a fantastic job installing new toilet, cleaned up and removed all the old material and was very personable and communicative.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I had an awful experience with a prior company this afternoon and Elmer came to save the day. He walked me through everything and had all the parts he needed. He was kind and thorough and made sure I had everything I needed and was kind enough to explain why I was having specific problems. After having such an awful experience prior in the day Elmer was truly the angel I needed. I will recommend him to anyone in need of any plumbing work! He even cleaned up after himself, as well as the mess the prior guy made! Thank you so much Cape Plumbing!

I am very pleased to recommend Cape Plumbing! I had a leak in my laundry room. After finding great recommendations on them on Next door, I decided to call them.
They were very responsive and nice. I left a message and Mike called me back less than 30 minutes after. Elmer came over on Labor day. He arrived on time and worked very well. He is knowledgeable. He replaced two valves and two pipes. $400.
I was pleased with what he did.
