Thomas did a wonderful job fixing our clogged toilet. Very respectful and professional. He also accommodated a last minute request to fix a leaky faucet. Lastly, I really like this company's upfront pricing with no surprices. I definitely recommend this company.

I had several leaks in the kitchen which required Cape plumbing to come multiple times because we had to let things dry before we could detect additional leaks. I worked with Michael and Thomas. Both did an excellent job and were very good about communicating what needed to be done.

Thomas was wonderful... He was a knowledgeable, polite young man who did a thorough job. He used technology like a Camera down the sewer pipes and offered solutions to fix my problem. And even though I got bad news he brought the news with a smile and professional courtesy. Would recommend services!

Mike is excellent. I've had 4 plumbers in my home to detect a leak which no one could find. Mike found the leak right away and fixed it. His knowledge is absolutely amazing. If u ever have any plumbing problems he is honest and an absolute expert. He is very personable as well and extremely easy to communicate with. Very valuable asset to his company.

Cape Plumbling responded promptly - the same day on a late Friday afternoon. Thomas arrived in a timely fashion and performed excellent work. He installed the water heater lickity split and was very professional, courteous and nice.

I will highly recommend Cape Plumbing to my family and friends when they are in need of plumbing repairs or installation at a fair price. I have had sewer line issues, as well as run of the mill plumbing jobs. I have dealt with Thomas, Mike and Elmer all of whom were experienced, prompt and professional. Their work ethic was excellent, including showing up and working when promised, working long hours when necessary, and cleaning up after themselves when done for the day. I will use Cape Plumbing exclusively for all my plumbing needs from this point on.

After comparing prices and reading reviews we chose Cape Plumbing to replace & install two new toilets, and change out an old Instahot & faucet for new under sink water filtration system.
After checking to confirm they have the insurance required by our building, we made an appointment. Thomas arrived on Friday to assess our job and gave us a free estimate. The estimate was in line with others we had received via phone calls. We scheduled for Thomas to return on Monday at 8:45am.
Thomas arrived at exactly 8:45 on Monday. He's a neatly clothed, clean-cut, well-spoken, professional young man, confident in his abilities, and possessing a surprising amount of experience & knowledge, despite his age.
He did a fantastic job! Both new toilets, and the water filter, work great!
We will call Cape Plumbing, for any and all of our future plumbing needs, and will heartily recommend them to all our family & friends!

This is the second time I am using Cape Plumbing and this time has been great as well. Thomas was knowledgeable, informative and just a really nice young man. Found my problem quickly and informed me every step of the way exactly what he was doing. He called the mold guys you use so they could come after he was done. He made what I thought was going to be a terrible situation and made it positive. Very neat and cleaned up everything. Called the mold guys before he left to make sure they were coming today.
