Ted was excellent. Responded immediately to my inquiry and was at my house 30 min later to provide an estimate/scope of work. I needed a water heater to be replaced in a very tight, elevated platform area. Ted was great at tackling the task and getting my new water heater installed correctly and with some upgrades to existing valves that needed to be replaced. I felt the price he quoted me was very fair/reasonable given the difficulty of the job. I will be working with Ted in the future for some other projects I have planned, and recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a good plumber.

What a great experience! We had a main drain clog and couldnt use any bathrooms for a couple of hours . Called Ted and he showed up right away and took care of our issue. Everything is back up and running properly now in time for the weekend. Ted does a mean Rodney Dangerfield impression as well. Very happy with the service and will be using Hardenburgh plumbing again!

Ted, came through in an emergency situation. I had to fix a broken hose tap and while that was not an emergency, i couldn't use the rest of the water in my house. He came an hour or so after i called, fully prepared to work in the dark with all the tools required. Put my mind at ease and went to work, he did an incredible job fixing the valve, all the while telling jokes. Incredible , professional service with a smile. Hardenburgh arrived within an hour on a Saturday for an emergency! I am so happy that he could get here so soon and fix the leak and broken valves. I had to turn the water off to the whole place. Tim was cordial and sure knows his plumbing.

They repaired my sewer line that was cracked and filled with tree roots. They were fast and did it in one day. Nice people too!

Rip off. My elderly mother was conned into paying $500 for them to unclog a toilet. Threatened to place a lien on my house if we didnt pay. STAY AWAY.

Called them last minute and they didn’t disappoint. Diagnosed the issue fast and even gave some helpful tips to avoid future problems.

I had an appointment with them today, they sent me an email on Friday confirming today’s appointment. They NEVER sent another email, canceling the appointment. I’ve been sitting at home all day waiting on them to call. When I did call them, the first person was oblivious to what was going on, she never came back to the phone and ultimately hung up. When I called back, I spoke to another man that said they wouldn’t be coming today, never tried to confirm with me my email just said they sent an email, which is a lie. I got the first email, so why wouldn't I have gotten the second one?! I wouldnt recommend this company, funny thing is only reason I went with them bc. of the reviews.

This guy is a THIEF. He was assigned by my home warranty and never showed up. One day he texted me 15 minutes prior to his arrival at my house, luckily I was near by. He said he can do the plumbing work and prior to doing so he will collect the service fee and it will be refunded if the work is not done. He sat in his car for a very long time and came back saying that the warranty co denied the work...What this guy is doing is OVERCHARGING the warranty companies to deny the work and his goal is to collect the fee from customer and not refund it as promissed. I called the community security and he took off running priot to their arrival. They heave his info and his license plate and they will not allow him access to the ciommunity in the future...
