This was my second time using Elite Plumbing Team, but I’ve been getting routine drain cleanings for years to stay ahead of hair clogs. After trying a few different companies, I’ve decided to stick with Elite Plumbing permanently. They’re always on time, professional, and they go above and beyond by offering great maintenance tips and honest advice. Both times were easy and stress-free and I’m glad to have found a plumbing company I can rely on!

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! From start to finish the service was professional, prompt and reliable. I especially want to highlight Randy and Daniel they were both incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

Alberto and Doug did an amazing job at my house! I called because of an issue with my garbage disposal and a clogged drain, and they fixed it right away. They explained every detail clearly and solved everything in record time. Highly recommended!

My first & last experience with Elite was the worse on last 35 years in FL. They did not fix the leak and when asked to come back they came in and said we are not going to fix it for free, after we had paid a very high fee for the first repair appt. We refused to pay again for such very simple plumbing leak under a bathroom sink at a fairly new house. Plumber left with a very bad attitude. Talked to a said owner of the Company over the phone later who had the same bad attitude. When a business owner has a bad business attitude and is rude to a customer that is a bad business for sure. This review is just to prevent more Customers, specially elderly, to go through the same bad situation after we paid in full. Be careful who you let in.

From the point of initial contact to the closing of the interaction, they remained professional and made sure I was taken care of. I called the company to check my tankless water heater. Gabriel showed up on time. He did absolutely nothing barrlynlooked at the unit and decided I need a new one. The unit is 5 years old. He was talking about dirt in the unit etc. all he did he was talking about replacement.

Installed the garbage disposal incorrectly…..so had to have them come out again. When the second plumber came out to “fix it” he said by installing this garbage disposal incorrectly (not removing plastic component from the new product)put the new garbage disposal more at risk for not working correctly in the near future. When the plumber called the owner to see what he could to make the situation right… the owner said “it’s working now… so we won’t replace it.” Not to mention we paid over $600 for a new garbage disposal and a clean out. Please see the pictures below to see if they cleaned out the lines…. 😳
