I used this company to repair my toilet and install a new faucet. The technician was on time and professional. He ever adjusted my water pressure and lowered the temperature on my heater at no charge. I will be recommending this company to all my friends.

I was looking for a good plumbing contractor in Boca Raton, Fl. After an extensive search I contacted Reno's Plumbing and Pool. I spoke with Reno and explained to him that I needed my bathtub and sink replaced in the bathroom and my pool pump serviced. The appointment was scheduled as he gave me a great price. The workers were on time and were very professional. Everything was completed and my bathroom has never looked better. Thank you so much Reno and crew!!!

This plumbing company decided despite the fact we have signs telling people please not to park in our lot decided to use our parking lot while we were at lunch and then came back to use it again when I called the owner asked to move. He was very combative As if I was a jerk for asking his plumber to move his truck because we need those spaces
If they Can’t read the signs that ask people politely not to park if they are not Clients or customers what else don’t they read? I think that’s a fair question the Tow Truck just missed them the first time and then they came back again as if they couldn’t care less about our limited parking.

I hired Elite Plumbing Team when I had issues with my toilets backing up. What a great experience from start to finish! The team was communicative, punctual, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!!

Had an outside valve where the packing disintegrated and was gushing water nonstop. Had to shut the water off to whole house. They came out with an emergency call and fixed it within minutes and made sure no other valves were leaking. They did a super job at a great price. Would definitely call them again, John C was fantastic.

Highly recommend! Doug and his team were awesome and super helpful. They were flexible with us and great with communicating their arrival time and diagnosis of the issues. While waiting for approval, they helped us with another drain issue for free. We will absolutely use them in the future!

Warned about a fee just to show up, then calls to cancel 12 hours before with no reschedule date - "plumber doesn't have the tools."

I had scheduled for backflow testing as well as service my tankless water heater - I did states I probably need another tank to fix the delay it takes for my master bathroom to get hot (I assume they forgot this - therefore job wasn't big enough) - if only they offered rescheduling.

Had my wife take half a day from work for this job - would not recommend anyone choose this company in the future based on that.

I had a plumbing nightmare that I had been given the run around on for an entire month by 3 other companies. From the first visit to my home, Elite explained everything that would be needed step by step and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way.
