Rhon is responsive, respectable, honest, outstanding work, and nice throughout the whole process.
He arrived on time, was honest about all work needed to be done (I knew it was going to be a big job), and made sure that I was happy with the finished products. He is a hardworker, honest , and perfectionist at what he does!

How often can you say a plumber it great and a real pleasure to have solve our problems? They are worth 20 stars not just 5!
Will always use in the future. Price initially seemed high , but considering what the took carr of us/ it was a bargain.
We had other well recommended plumbers out earlier in the day that charged less and could not come close or care about solving our issues.

Ryan was prompt and very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had a solution immediately. He had to leave to purchase the part, but returned quickly and had the repair completed in a very reasonable time. He represents the company well and is the reason I would call Mr Pooter Plumbing if I need plumbing services again.

Stanley was awesome, repairs were done in a timely manner. Smart and enthusiastic as well! I would recommend him 100%! I asked a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them.

I was having a dinner party and my kitchen sink backed up. It was Sunday and i needed help asap! Called roto rooter and within an hour Herman arrived on the scene. He snaked and vacuumed the drain. He was very neat and clean. Because it was Sunday the price was more expensive but i was glad to pay it. In would recommend Roto Rooter of Palm Beach. Excellent job!

Just wanted to give you an update on the work that was done today by your person. The tenant came home and found the tub and floor a mess. I have attached the pics that she sent me. Also, the tub overflow cover was not put back properly. Even though I know that work needs to be done, it isn’t right to leave a mess, especially in a house that I rent out. They didn't fix the problem. I was quoted a price close to $8,000 to repair the pipe. I did it for under $100. But, I still had to pay over $200. for the service call.

We were very pleased with Mr Rooter! Brian is obviously a professional and very fast! It required a lot of patience and hard work to ascertain the best way forward due to the nasty location of our water heater. He is so determined to get it done right! Thanks guys for a great job!!

I want to thank the people that rapid rooter. They not only cleared my pipes but showed me the clog. Unless the picture belonged to some other house, I feel comfortable that the clog they showed me was the clog in my house and it has been working perfectly ever since. Saw this company recommended in the NextDoor app and I called them for a main drain problem. They told me that they could come in the afternoon but when I told them that the bathrooms were flooding they scheduled me for the next appointment. The technician sent was Bo, he was very professional and knowledgeable, I was very happy with his service and will highly recommend this company.

Nishan and Bo were absolutely amazing. I called and they were at my house within a half hour. They fixed the problem and explained what was going on so we would understand. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Called on a Saturday morning the agent who answer the phone said somebody would be here between 11 and one. They were here at 11:30 called 30 minutes prior to coming just like they said they would. Anthony came to the house was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was a total shock to call a company and have everything worked so smoothly that’s not how things usually go in South Florida.

Have used Rhino Rooter several times. Have ALWAYS received same day service. Last year at around 4 PM, on the day Hurricane Irma was to hit us within hours, we discovered a leak in our main water line going to the house. Called, and they came out immediately and made the repair. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

Nishan and Bo came the same day to fix a clogged toilet. My house was under renovation and the original plumber who installed the toilet had come out twice already to try to fix plumbing issues. Nishan and Bo were friendly, courteous, clean, and really explained everything they were doing. They even alerted me to issues so I could get my general contractor to fix them. In fact, my general contractor ended up hiring them as well for their diagnostic expertise. Nishan and Bo are definitely on my "on call list" for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

I had a clog in the sewer drain; water backed up into the house, it was awful but luckily found these guys online and within hours sent BO to the house. BO was fantastic, super knowledgeable explained every detail with a great sense of humor. He showed me the camera feed from the pipes after clearing out. Pricing was fair, would recommend and will use in the future.

Had the handle on our kitchen faucet break. Quick Google search directed me to Rapid Rooter. Set up a service call for the following morning. They arrived on time and finished the work on time. Very professional and will keep their phone number handy for future use .

We let the company know we had a dinner party that we were hoping to make at 7:00. By 4:30, we had someone onsite fixing our pipe and he was done in plenty of time for us to make it out. This company was fantastic to work with, super helpful and professional.

I recently bought a new home that some would call a "fixer upper". I was referred to Rhino rooter by a friend and gave them a call. I spoke to Nishan a few times as we discussed a few things that needed to be done (water heater, garbage disposal, shower issues, etc.). He was very thorough explaining his ideas for what we could do (as the home is older and things didn't just fit correctly). His crew was very efficient in completing the projects and he was really affordable, I've heard horror stories about how expensive plumbing is, but everything done was in our budget. I know I still have quite a few more projects that need to be done, and I will be calling this crew, no doubt.
