Tech was on time, performed an evaluation and presented me with a cause for the problem and a price for the repair. I thought $775 was a bit high for replacing a 1/2hp disposal, but I'm not familiar with plumbing costs today. Sounds like a good business to get into.

Darryl was very professional, polite and did the work in a timely manner. He did a great job and when he was finished you couldn’t tell he was there.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He returned the following day (Sunday) to replace our ancient toilet with a new, taller one for my handicapped husband. He removed the old one and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them. You wont regret it

I had no water and feared an expensive slab leak, but they tracked down the source of a clogged water line and cleared it with no invasive measures. Highly recommend and they are now my go to plumbing experts.

I called Mr. Rooter to help me resolve two plumbing issues, and they came on the same on time. Rafael worked all day to resolve my two plumbing problems, including going to the hardware store to make sure he had all the correct parts to do the jobs properly. He did a great job. After calling the major competitor and their delay to return my call, i called Mr. Rooter. I had a busted outside pipe that although iit wasnt flooding the yard , my water bill was exorbitant. Not only did they return my call expediently, but they sent Daryl out within the hour. He was extraordinary. He fixed the pipe and no more leak. It was affordable, professional and he knew. exactly what he was doing. Also a decent huuman being i fully recommend the company and if u live in Palm Beach County...I highly recommend Daryl if he is available.. i am grateful to Mr Rooter...this was a big and fearful headache for me...on top of many ..and it allowed me to breathe again.

The toilet made a grinding sound when flushed. The plumber diagnosed the problem immediately and told me that the mechanism was worn out and had to be replaced. He did not tell me the cost of the repair and unfortunately, I did not ask. He worked on the repair for a while and then had to leave to get additional parts. When he completed the job, he told me that the repair cost $525. I was astounded at the price, nevertheless I paid with my credit card. I called the manager the next day to tell him of my dissatisfaction at not knowing the price initially. The manager gave me a $75 credit since the plumber had not informed me of the price prior to beginning the job.

The plumber,,himself, was competent and had good interpersonal skills.

I called Mr. Rooter when I needed emergency assistance with a major plumbing leak. They arrived within one hour and replaced fixtures and solved the problem almost immediately. Excellent service and very friendly customer oriented plumbers!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and Mr. Rooter was able to send someone within the hour. Not only was Ryan nice and patient, he was very thorough and able to diagnose and address the issue. I will add them to my list of vendors to call - and share with neighbors.

We had an excavation under our master bath where pipe joints had come loose and an 8 ft tree root was growing in the pipes. This was an experience that would make any homeowner nervous , but the professionalism of the 4 men who performed this excavation were kind, reassuring and did a fantastic job. We have zero lot line so we had to tear up our neighbors yard and they were also very respectful of her property and returned everything and every plant to its original spot. Everyone was pleased with this fast and professional job!

Had a leak on the hot water line on hot water heater. I was just shocked that this job was nearly $2800. I get expensive. But this was a company taking too much advantage of the customer. Thought it would be cheaper since the plumber wasn't licensed. Works under the company that is licensed. Thought I was getting a licensed plumber. Won't ever use this company. Still waiting for invoice. The guy finished at 2 pm yesterday. Nearly 8pm next day and still no invoice. I'm dying to see what work was actually done on the invoice. So I can see how much I got ripped off.

The response time was amazing and the plumber came within the hour. Very professional work, the plumber explained what he was doing and how should we avoid it for next time.

Called on Sunday, the pipe outside got busted . They came an hour after I called. Looked at the problem, gave me a price and started working on it right away. 2 hours later I had water and fixed pipe! Hermann did an amazing job on fixing and communicating! Highly recommend!
