I have used many plumbing companies in the past and have never had a good experience. I always felt that I did not receive the service and skill that I, as a customer deserved. This always resulted in me feeling that I was overcharged for the service I received. That all changed today when I was ready to use a new plumbing company and called Rhino Rooter. From the moment my phone call was answered to the professional technician walking out of my door I felt like an appreciated customer. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed and cleaned up quicker than I ever could have expected. I got what I paid for and more! I will never call another plumbing company! I am a single female, which at times, will be overcharged in a situation like this and no one I talked to during my entire experience made me feel that way. What an amazing feeling! Thank you Rhino Rooter!!!

We were so pleased with service from Rhino Rooter and would gladly recommend them for plumbing needs. They were the one company willing to come out on Friday night after Thanksgiving when our shower handle broke off from the wall. The only way to shut it off was to turn off all water to the house. Not very practical with house guests. Our Technician Beau was timely, professional and didn't give up in trying to solve our problem. He even brought back additional help when he ran out for needed parts and fixed a leaky toilet as well. Don't hesitate to call them they are available 24/7. Thank you to those who left prior reviews that gave me confidence in their service.

Excellent service! Used them for a new garbage disposal and will be using them for future needs! Bo was our technician. He came in with shoe covers and got the job done same day efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and well mannered. Office person/owner called me to let me know how long it would be before the technician arrived before hand and then again when he was on the way. An all around excellent company! Highly recommend!

11/3/21 Edited to add that after my bad experience with your new plumber Dimitri from yesterday, Bo came out today. Bo was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the drainage without the need of replacing the parts. Thank you for your work Bo.

I highly suggest to train better your new employees not only on plumbing but also on how they talk to the customers.

11/3/22 We called them to fix the low water stream from one of the bathroom faucets. First he was claiming it was the water heater causing the problem which didn’t make sense because the rest of the faucets in the house are working great. All he did was to clean the little piece under the faucet from sediments and the stream was fine but while doing his job he pressed down on the drainage and it had clogged now. So he fixed one thing and damaged another and is asking that we have to replace the drainage when it was totally fine before. Then he claimed to charge $165 for cleaning the faucet tiny piece. Horrible customer service. Will never recommend you or use you again. Now I have to get another plumber to fix what you damaged.

Bo swapped out an old three faucet shower and tub trim kit for a new single faucet trim kit. He was extremely professional and timely.

They did a great job.A little confused on what to charge.first it was 165.00 an hour then it was a flat rate of 450.00.

Herman showed up 20 minutes after I called!!! He was very professional and clean!!! If you’re on the fence about calling rapid rooter…call them! It was an amazing experience. He fixed my sink problem proficiently plus he was a very nice guy.

I contacted Rapid-Rooter after reading reviews that echoed my own experience. My well water pump was not working, leaving me without any water. Despite it being a Saturday, they were able to send someone out the same day. Jim was fantastic - he patiently explained what was going on and what needed to be done. It took a couple of visits, but his communication and service were top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again or recommend them to others. I'm so grateful to have found such a reliable company when I needed help the most 🙏. A+++++++
