They did like $7k work 2 months prior because plumbing was clogged. Called them for yet another clog which the guy(nice dude) obviously turned into a leak. They actually found about 3 feet of an old water hose that had been dropped down my pipe from the roof. Shouldn’t they have found that with the cameras they used 2 months ago? No one else has worked on it between then and now! Anyways they charged me another $1k this month and although they cleared the clog they say more water hose may be in the line….

We needed our water main valve replaced. Luis replaced it with an upgraded valve. It looks and works perfectly which gives us peace of mind. Luis certainly knows his craft. As a bonus he was as friendly and professional as you can get. He explained each step and allowed me to watch the replacement process. Luis is an asset to Rapid-Rooter so please recognize him for an excellent job performance. Because of Luis I will be recommending Rapid-Rooter to anyone I know that needs plumbing service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Bo. He arrived exactly when he was scheduled and quoted us a fair price. Bo was very friendly and worked very hard resolving our issue. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend Rhino Rooter.

Charged us $350 to take a look at our water pipe leaking and did not fix our problem!! Stay away was originally told $65 for the service call and the technician was very aggressive over his car being broken into allegedly (Which is another problem in this self). Very unprofessional for wasting 2 hours of our time and not doing anything to fix our problem and still having the audacity to charge us for taking a look at our leaking wall.

The techs were actually early! It was nice to have them fix my plumbing problem. They are very friendly and professional. Hoping to use them again. They cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. This company was great!

On New Years Day, my water heater started billowing out streams of water. After shutting off the water supply, I called Rapid -Rooter. The manager, Jim called right back and came out the next morning and disconnected the heater, found another one that he had shipped overnight and installed it. Very pleased.

This company is simply Superior to the competition. The plumber did a great job even cleaned up after himself. If I have another problem I would definitely call them back. Being a single woman with my dad on the other side of the country I was worried about getting taken advantage of. But after calling a few plumbing company these guys answered, were very nice on the phone, scheduled an appointment, and fixed my clogged sewer all in the same day. The plumber was very nice and professional and took the time to explain why it clogged in the first place. Needless to say I learned what I shouldn't flush down the toilet. I found the customer service to be excellent and the price very fair. If I need a plumber this will be my first call.

I woke up in the morning and found that the bathrooms weren't working. I remembered a friend recently had a similar plumbing problem so I call him and ask who he used which was Rhino Rooter. He said they he was very happy with his experience and gave me their number. The technician that came out was Bo, he was very professional, knowledgeable and after a quick inspection of my house gave me a fair estimate. Within an hour, we were able to use the bathrooms again. Bo gave me alot of helpful hints but most important was the cleanout should I experience this problem again. I have found my plumbing company and will be sure to recommended to all my friends and family.

We found out on Saturday afternoon October 3 that our water heater had been leaking in our understairs closet! We called rapid rooter and their plumber Jordan was out within an hour and told us exactly what we needed a new water heater! He had a new one to us and installed by Monday!! He was very kind helpful and knowledgeable it couldn’t of been a better experience! I pointed out some damp drywall outside of the area where the water heater was and he immediately arranged for a mold remediation person to come out the same day within two hours to check it out!! We couldn’t be more pleased with your service and Jordan is an outstanding representative for your company!! The ladies on the phone were wonderful as well thank you all so so much!

A leak in line under garage floor. Bo Ma came on 1/29 and did the repair. He explained the process to my husband and myself. He did an excellent job. A gentleman [very important] and very patient thru the whole process. Will refer your company and Bo Ma to anyone asking for a plumber. Today Bo from Rhino rooter replaced our 40 year old outside faucets with nice new fixtures. They no longer drip and are easy to use. Better than ever. He explained the whole process in detail and had it done in no time, A very polite and courteous gentleman. Same day service! We are extremely happy with there service.

I'm so thankful that I've found Rhino Rooter!!! My mother lives in Wellington and she called she because her kitchen sink was clogged and she didn't know what to do. So I got online and found this company. I called and right away they reassured me that they could fix the problem and do it in a timely manner. Had a great experience with Rapid Rooter - Roto Rooter came out first and couldn’t clear the line N/C tech gave me name of Rapid Rooter - the service men were outstanding showing me what was happening and why my sewer line was clogged and got my line cleared ! Highly recommend them!!!

Great company! Since I've bought my house I've had trouble finding a decent, reliable plumber...till now. Had a bad blockage at the house and was recommended to these guys from a good friend. Called them up and they were here the next morning. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem.
