We asked them to come in for an estimate. We needed two faucets replaced, we bought the new faucets and had them ready for the guy. He wanted us to pay $400-$500 just to put two faucets in while other companies gave us an estimate of $150-$250. I’m very disappointed.... I’d hate to think of all the other coustumers who are being overcharged... definitely do not recommend this service. The only good thing about the company is their guy in appointments, Isaac. He was very nice and took our information...

Excellent Company! A little expensive but totally worth it because you see in the quality of the work why they're expensive. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional from the telephone customer service to the actual plumbers. Also, they came out on one day's notice during the Covid-19 crisis in masks, gloves, and shoe booties (nice touch 👍🏿). I highly recommend them. Thanks again from a very satisfied customer!!!!

My husband and I needed an immediate plumbing service after a mainline back up and was recommended Waterman Plumbing. They had a plumber out to my home within an hour, they made the necessary repairs swiftly and were greatly informative. Being that it was a short notice I understand the high price (multiple choices that were quite affordable) but for that higher pricing you get a warranty of 2 years and additional servicing in a year for no cost just to make sure that same issue doesnt come up again.

Used Watermen Plumbing to repair a leaky shower. Our service man arrived promptly and was professional and polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and did clean work. Price was fair especially since they guarantee their work. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

He fixed the issue, charged less than other local competitors, and even offered us a complimentary service the next day when he realized that in addition to our plumbing issue, we also had a leak. The customer service and work was exceptional. First I contacted the company on Monday, Yosef W from Watermen Plumbing Inc was scheduled to arrive Tue, Mar 18 between 9:00am-11:00am.
He showed up on schedule and after showing him what I needed him to do, we came to an agreement that he would do the work on Monday March 24th.
True to his word he showed up, installed a Blue Ocean 52" Aluminum SPA392M Shower Panel Tower System with Rainfall Shower Head and 8 Adjustable Massage Jets that was purchased from Amazon.
When the work was completed , I was highly impressed.
