The work performed by Paul was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and on time.
I highly recommend thus company and Paul for any person who needs help with leaks and clogged pipes.

Found this company on Thumbtack during the pandemic and they were very responsive. Guess when they’re desperate for business they respond immediately.

I was satisfied with their service in 2020. I reached out to them recently and they pretended they would make an appointment to come out, but ghosted me instead.

Gone are the days when companies and people politely decline. Now people just leave people hanging. If I had known, I would have invested / reserved time and energy to reserve time and a precious day off on another company on one of my rare days off.

We had an amazing experience with this company. Our shower valve broke on us and at 9pm I researched plumbers on the Facebook group Delray Raw. This company came highly recommended. I messaged them and got an immediate personalized response from the owner and set up a time the next morning for someone to come to the house. A plumber was at my house early and had the parts replaced and my shower working within an hour! We will definitely use this company again! Responsive, communicative and affordable!

Paul showed up on time, clearly explained what he was going to do.
Went about his business professionally,
was very thorough and tidy, problem solved.

After a terrible night trying to clear a very poopy toilet (and shocked that i couldn't find any of the "24-hour" plumbers available for an emergency visit; First Response Plumbing Sewer & Drain Services offered to send someone between 8 and 10am, then called me at 8 to say they could be here at noon). I needed to get to work and called a few plumbers around 8am. They arrived promptly. He explained what he was doing, cleared the line and then explained why the problem happened. He offered immediate suggestions for preventing recurrence (hold the handle down for 3 seconds), and a longer term solution that would be more expensive (replacing parts) on our Toto toilet. He was done in less than 30 minutes. Great service and a fair price.

A rep from this company contacted me after I submitted my inquiry. The rep was polite and told me that they were sending a technician to evaluate my bathroom sink at no cost. He said that once the technician finds out what the problem was, he would let me know the price. When the technician (Paul) arrived he was very sweet and he took a look at my sink. At first he said I needed a small part, but then he realized there was nothing wrong with my sink. He stated that maybe one of my airbnb guest may of tampered with the valve. He said that the valve was slightly opened. All he did was turn the valve all the way on and my bathroom sink stop making noise. He did absolutely nothing. I was like "thats it", and he said yep! It took less than 2 minutes for Paul to figure out problem. Paul said there was no charge because he did absolutely nothing. All he did was turn the valve on. He said that he could make up a lie but he's an honest person and would not do that. He was so honest and sweet, that I had to give him a tip. I didnt have much in my wallet, but I gave him a little something, so he can get lunch and he left. 5 minutes later, Paul came back saying that he had to charge me $250 dollars. I was in total shock! I think Paul supervisor told him to come back to charge me. I said NO and that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. That is ridiculous to charge someone $250 for doing absolutely nothing, and if I would of known he was going to charge me that, I would of went with another company. I've had different plumbing companies fix things in my house and Ive never been charged so much money, especially if they didnt do any work. The supervisor had the NERVE to tell me that even though he didnt do anything, the problem was solved and i had to pay $250, but since his technician failed to tell me that, he will not charge me. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you decide to use this company, just be aware that they are going to charge you a ridiculous fee, wether they fix something or not. Make sure they give you a quote that you are comfortable with. I normally don't write reviews, but this company got me so mad, that I had to write a review. The best way this company can improve, is by being transparent and honest.

these guys are great. I have used them at least 3 times in last 3 or 4 yrs. They are always polite, on time and will give you a reasonable price. I had a new toilet installed by Dimitry and he worked fast and cleaned up the mess that I had made. I called 3 local plumbing services but always end up with First Response. They also were able to clear my clogged drains for the condo 2 yrs ago. If you have a plumbing or drain problem you don't need to search any further....give them a call
Update..., These guys installed a drain field 6 yrs ago and now is not working and had to spend 10,000 from another service because jon never returned my calls to address the issue

These guys are great! Paul is very polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things thoroughly. They identified inevitable problems I didn't even know I yet had. I will only use this company.

They’ve done work for me a a couple of properties for a long time but this past time was the last. The work is fine but I feel like price gouging was in full effect. I had a fence company hit my main water line. It was a simple pvc repair and very simple re-routing of the pipe, which took about 1.5 hours of total labor for the one person that was doing the work. $750!!! Yes, they came out same day but OMG, never again. It was no more than $20 in parts, so this was just plain, your water is off, so we’re gonna rob you, so to speak. If you appear to have money, probably best to avoid this company, or at the very least, park your nice cars down the street.

Paul came by to give an estimate, which was very reasonable. I was in luck as he installed it right away. Paul was extremely respectful of my property. My realtor, George Pojoba, recommended this company and I couldn’t be happier. Switched from tank to tankless - less worry about leaks, conserves energy, water etc.

This is my 4th time using First Response Plumbing and again they where spot on. I had a tree root break the main water line from meter to house. I called 8am, was quoted a show time for 12-2....they arrived on scene early at approx 10 am. Technician Shah was pleasant and professional. Shah called a few hours later, job done, paid via Zelle and life moved forward. *This the way is it supposed be done.! Thank you!

Exceptional job done by Paul. Received a call within 15 minutes and Paul was en route in less than an hour. Paul showed me step by step what the issue was and quickly resolved it with minimal additional costs. I would recommend Paul to anyone for his extreme professionalism and work ethic.

I would be calling them for all future projects. They are extremely professional and hard workers. They were able to discover where the roots where growing in the main drain and did a full job that took hours. They were fair with the price and went above and beyond to help us with this difficult problem. Jon kept me informed of every step and was able to take pictures and videos of everything. I’m beyond happy and thankful for all the work they did for us. They have all the equipment necessary to repair any job. Look no further and contact them.

Paul was immediately responsive and supportive during the repair to the house. We called at 8:45 in the morning and he was on the phone at 8:50. Came to the house assess the situation and everything was resolved by mid day. A complete pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The day after Christmas, Will showed up on time at 10am and by just after 12 noon had installed a brand new hot water heater for me. He was knowledgeable, polite, fast, immaculately clean and a pleasure to work with. Any time there's a plumbing issue at my house going forward, First Response will be my first call.

Called First Response Plumbing and a serviceman, Robert, was dispatched to my house within 24 hrs. He called to confirm my address and showed up exactly at the time he stated. He quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. He made sure to keep me informed during every step of the visit. He was very polite and professional! I recommend First Response Plumbing and if I have another issue, I will not hesitate to call them.

We have used First Response plumbing for years and they have always been reliable with fair prices. John the owner always answers the phone right away and sends someone right out. I like Will , he is the best !!!

Paul was a delight today. It is never good to have a leak but he was polite and fun and that made things feel a lot better. He was quick getting the work done and explained everything very well.

Paul was our technician, and he did a great job fixing the water pressure in two of our showers. He is very knowledgeable, he was on time, and he was very responsive. We would definitely hire Paul again for any of our plumbing needs in the future.
