Reviews of local pros in Bokeelia, Florida

Ive worked with JF Smith for over 15 years. He’s an honest and reputable man that builds a high-quality home. He is very organized and meticulous. Best thing is he always pays on time.

Great people to work with! Mr. Smith himself is such a pleasure to speak with.

Joe and his crew are great. One of the highest quality builders I have ever worked with. Joe’s knowledge of home building far exceeds the others. From permits, to product selection, to completion, JF Smith was there every step of the way. Thanks Joe!

I was introduced to Joe and his team when I first purchased two old cottages on Captiva and was envisioning renovations to both.

Joe guided us through the permit process, contributed to design alternatives and choices, recommended all materials and helped us make the best selections for our project in terms of quality and resilience. The sub-contractors he brought to our project were ones who have stayed with us throughout these 7 years.

One of the cottages was historic so that added to the complexity of our project. Joe's experience with the County and Historic regulations and County staff was invaluable.

We ended up with two of the sweetest places... first rate in every way. We wouldn't have known where to begin, and we wouldn't have ended up with homes that reflected such attention to detail without Joe.

Good morning Joe,
I hope this finds you and your family healthy and happy. I wanted to take a moment to say 'thank you' to all of you ... You, Gavin, Mark, crews and subs. It has been a pleasure to work with you!
We appreciate the pace of work, advice and patience that all of your folks have shown us in rebuilding our home. The house meets and exceeds all our expectations. We are thrilled with the end product and now understand why the 'JF Smith Inc.' name is so revered throughout these islands and area.
Once again, our sincere thanks for completing the construction of our home, it is a pleasure doing business with you.

AC Joe is the best AC company in Naples. I own 7 rental properties and have used many different contractors over the years No one has same or next day service at reasonable prices and has yearly service contracts like AC. And if need a new install it’s usually done the next day And you can actually talk to Joe

Joe was very professional when he said his team will be here promptly at 8:00, they were.., the price and his quality of Choice Rheem A/c was superb, I am in Real estate so I will definitely refer him to my clients, to me if you have integrity and respect/quality, then you have my 5 ⭐️

They are on time a affordable. No BS with these guys trying to up charge on nonsense. If needed, they will come back out and fix any mistakes. We have used them a few times now and have been happy with the results. Definitely recommend.

After four other appointments by a different company. AC Joe quickly and efficiently solved the problem
