A/C JOE: Orlando and Julio completed the replacement of the cooling coils on our air conditioning unit. They did great work, and quick, considering this was a challenging install. We are pleased with Orlando and Julio. Kudos for A/C Joe. The house is cooling much better now.

The technician fixed our AC problem and when asked about new ‘smart’ thermostat, replaced it.. and when we had connectivity issues w/ it, they sent another Tech out the next day to get it functioning. We appreciated the customer service.

This is the first time I used their service for a regular seasonal maintenance. They were contacted upon recommendation of a neighbor. I was pleased with the service I received from a k nowledgeable and attentive technician who took time to do a thorough evaluation with attention to details and performed the required maintenance.
However, they made an error in calculation and ended up charging more than what they should have. I called and was told that they will refund the amount within a day but that didn't happen. I had to make one or two messages every week for the next three months before they credited bach the excess payment.

AC Joe Heating annd Cooling arrived within promised time scheduled and your representative Doug was very helpful and pleasant. I took his suggestion to replace the control component that controls the blue light that prevents the dreaded mole from forming. I had another co that said they fixed it but after several hundred dollars for replacements of 2 bulbs and equipment it stopped working within one week. So far it is working and I am happy!!!!

The wrong part arrived.That would not fit in my air handler for a new heating coil. They were able to repair the old one.And make it work and get me through this rough time.Where it is cold. I can't thank them enough.And they were very professional about the whole ordeal.I would highly recommend them to work in my house!

I called for maintenance and got same-day service. The technician was clean and on tim. . The truck was clean and organized and they did a great job. He brought a couple things to my attention and explained them to me showed me on with the meter that one of the capacitor needed to be replaced I appreciate the honesty. I have been using A/C Joe for about 14 years and I’m very happy with them!

I called New Year’s Eve because our heater on a less than year old unit wasn’t working. We were having 40 degree weather which prompted me to call. Joe responded within minutes and offered to send someone out. I declined since it was a Holiday and he gave his guys off. Sent a tech, Orlando, and replaced the heater on Friday. No charge as it is still under warranty. I appreciate the fast response and I’m back to good. Thank you. Maureen Scott

AC Joe did a great job. I do not remember the ladies’s name on the phone, but She gave me a lot of good advice over the phone. She was very warm and friendly. They came out on a Sunday and had my AC repaired within an hour. Great job guys thanks
