I called Saturday afternoon when my AC wasn't cooling. The tech came Sunday morning hoping it was a quick fix but my compressor went and wouldn't restart.

Today is Tuesday and this morning Whaley is coming out to install my new compressor.

Elevate Hom e Services formerly Whaley,s Air Conditioning provided service to my Tower cooling system Hvacs. Service provided by Josah. He was customer friendly and knew his job on this system.

As being a retired electrical contractor since 1980 and real estate investor, I was impressed, they gave me next day service, called me when in route, called me when completed, and billing was more than fair, unlike those companies that do flat rates and try to up sale something not needed while price gouging you wallet, my work was trouble shooting, he was skilled at his job, all work was troubleshot, repaired, and tested in a very quick manner, and he made sure to text me pictures of what was done plus he left his work area spotless, other companies need to use them as a model on professionalism and pricing, they have my vote as one of the best ac companies I have worked with in the last 40 years

Thanks Elevate for coming out on Saturday and fixing our air. Froze up for some reason. Technician worked after hours to accomplish air for my family. Thanks so much

I have used Whaley for the last 3 1/2 years and have found them to be very fair and, even more importantly, very honest. I had Action A/C contact me shortly after moving here and they claimed to have a maintenance agreement with the previous owner and that there was still another free maintenance visit due. They told me a bunch of lies, charged me $250 for the visit and said I needed a total new unit inside and out, but that if I signed right away, they would knock off $1000 and only charge me $8000.
I knew Action A/C was a scam immediately, so I called Whaley. They came out and did an actual inspection based on what I'd been lied to about by Action A/C. Turns out that there was not a problem and in fact Mr Whaley (forgot first name now) said that he would suggest just letting it go until the unit didn't work anymore. That was 3 1/2 years ago. Still working fine.
I have also referred Whaley to a number of my neighbors, all of whom have been pleased with the work and especially the honesty. It's nice to find a reputable, fair A/C outfit down here. A case in point, my 94 year old neighbor's A/C wasn't coming on. He had a company come out and say he needs a total new A/C unit. I had Whaley come out and they replaced the solenoid and the unit has continued to work fine for the last 3 years.

My A/C went out. Elite A/C installed it 10 years ago and found they have sold their business. My neighbor suggested Whaley since he had good luck with them. I called at 8 this morning. At 9:30 they were here and installed a capacitor on the compressor motor and we're cool. Price wasn't cheap but I'm very happy.

Person seemed very nice. Showed picture of pan. Said would send email. Did not see email. Called office and told me who Krsten Rich was and is sending email. Do not open emails that do not know person's name because of all scams.

Great service! We had an issue with our A/C and they came promptly, diagnosed the problem and went way out of their way to find a resolution on a Saturday. Thank you Whaleys!

A continuation of the fine service that represented Whaley for years: thorough, friendly, and reasonable. In repairing my a/c and furnace they checked everything. Highly recommended.

Technician was very polite & knowledgable. He wore paper booties over his shoes inside my home. He did a thorough job maintaining my air conditioner unit.

Late in arriving but the tech was excellent. Found the problem quickly and fixed it in a few minutes. Had the part on hand. Price was very reasonable especially when you have not had AC for more than a day! Thanks.

The technician who did the inspection on my AC unit was very professional , the technician who replaced the defective part was also very professional. To my opinion, the cost for the replacement of the defective parts was exagerated. We were charged 1300$ for the job, but the parts only cost around 400$ and it took 3 hours to do the job if you include the travel from Ft- Myers to Naples back and forth.

This is the best AC Company I have found in SW Florida. They are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. No up charging just great reliable service. Their techs are super nice and respectful.

We had elevate come out yesterday to fix our ac. They sent josh out and he charged 220 dollars , we paid him, he told us it was fixed because he cleaned the condensate pan. He didn’t clean out the condensate line like he said and didn’t check to see if it was cooling. This company scammed us and I strongly suggest not using them. I hope the owner reads this

Absolute first class service. A/C went out on the weekend. Whaley’s was able to send out a technician to promptly fix the issue. The tech was professional and competent. I would highly recommend Whaley’s to anyone looking for a quality A/C company.

I was very pleased with the service received this morning. The technician was very thorough and fixed the A/C problem. It’s nice to know that I don’t have to shop around for a new company, I can put my trust in this one. Whaley’s or Elevate Home, it works for me.

Whaley’s is a great locally owned family business. They provided the most comprehensive proposal to install the entire HVAC system for my new construction home. The owner was directly involved and always responsive/available if I had questions. Of all of the sub-contractors involved in building a new home Whaley’s was by far the best, exactly what you’d hope for! Thank you to Mike and his incredible team!!

The technician, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. He told us about a problem that may arise in the future but was not trying to push us to take care of it now. We would certainly recommend Whaley’s / Elevate to our friends and neighbors.

Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He shared with me the results of the inspection he made with photos and then gave recommendations. I was very pleased with the Technician and his work and feel my A/C is ready for the long hot summer.

The service tech was very kind, considerate and above all, he was extremely knowledgeable in performing his job!
