Kentron came out to check my leaking AC. He was great at communicating to me the issue and super knowledgeable and he’s pet friendly. Called to see if it was ok to arrive before appointment time and I was thrilled to accept the early arrival. Overall I’m very happy with the repair/installation advice I received.

The tech was great. Friendly and professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I think they sent out tne wrong tech. I have mold growing on my downstairs AC where the plenum meets the airhandler. I can't have the plenum replaced without killing the black mold first. I think the mold person should have come to take a sample to be tested.

I scheduled an installation to be done, and was told the installers would arrive between 8am-10am. The gentlemen doing the installation didn't show up until 11am with no one contacting me to inform me of this unforeseen delay.
I cancelled the installation, and then spoke with the manager brad, we worked out a deal and i rescheduled my appointment. This time the installers came within the time window to complete the 6 hour installation.
The unit works well.

Just recently got maintenance on my unit. Their tech Hammad was awesome, friendly, and extremely helpful!

Everyone has been wonderful, from admin to the technicians. Florida Cool was prompt to book a service call and to repair my AC. Overall great experience.

Florida Cool responded to my maintenance request on my Mitsubishi split AC system the with a service call the very next day Their annual maintenance plan i found to be reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC service or installations.

Excellent service ! My heat was not working. They sent a technician within 24 hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to resolve the issue. Always a positive experience.

Had a new thermostat installed. Yuri was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had purchased a Nest thermostat. He recommended that I not use that one and get an Ecobee instead. So I ran to Home Depot while he went to another job, then he came back and installed the Ecobee. I'm glad I switched, it was good advice.

Florida Cool has been great. Hammad Ali has been to my home twice. His demeanor, warm personality, and the fact that he did not push us to sign up with Florida Cool is the whole reason we ended up moving forward with their company to install our new AC system. Andre was the one who installed our new one and he was great, patient, and worked nonstop. Austin, the manager, responds and communicates in a timely manner and is clear, making sure that I understand everything. So far, I am satisfied with their service.
