ECM was referred to me by a family member as a reliable company so I chose them for a service contract & new AC.
The sales person representing the company, sold me a bill of goods in order to sell me the contract. Unfortunately, the services were NOT part of the contract. I was never given a written contract until after unit was installed. I wanted financing & was never given application for it so was forced to charge the entire thing on my credit card rather than have 2 years of zero interest if financed. Salesman requested me to text him my personal social security no which I did not do. Now,vintage have to pay interest on card until paid off.
The installers were fairly neat & did do a decent job but left loose nails on attic floor.i have called Customer Care 3 times but have not received any return call or resolve.
They need to know that their salespeople represent them. It's their company!!

Nick Gulotta is hands down one of the best HVAC professionals I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain what was happening, offered clear and honest recommendations, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work.

Elena and Jordan provided excellent assistance during today's service. Jordan precisely identified the issues with my air conditioning system, noting that although the unit is functioning, mold has been found in the garage connection. I appreciate Elena and Jordan—they make a great team. We now join the All Time Air Conditioning maintenance family.

Very accommodating for same day service, even when I was running late getting back home from work. Jake was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my unit and got us back up and running. Our AC has been out for the past month or so, with other companies not being able to help or figure out the issue. From the moment Jake started, he showed the difference between his level of knowledge and experience, compared with the previous companies. I recommend Jake and All Time Air Conditioning.

Well.... these guys really care about custimer service and their customers are #1. (See original 1 star review under page break ......chanfed tp a 5 star) looks like that was as a result of one, disgruntle employee and a unforunae chain of events that followed. Once the owner found out they bent over backwards to fix the mistake this 1 employee caused! They did all work whole sale so $2800 bill of Ac fix rather than $10,000 new unit.4.5 hours 2 guys made it RIGHT! I never seen a business owner care as much as Ryan and his crew did. IMPRESSED!! Very well deserved 5 star!!! AAAAAAAA ++++++ if this experience dudnt test them i dont know what does!! They shined BRIGHT AND LOUD! Awesome job!! No longer a customer after 10 years. Service guy thinks he is a prima donna doing brain surgery not AC fix! Massive attitude talks down to customer. Cringes at family pets even when told dog is harmless. Just a bad attitude all around.

We cancelled the $499 annual maintenance (saw no value) just few months ago. There is all he harped about. Asked him to change a filter and look at 2nd unit a la carte charge .... NO CANT DO! The reason he came here in 1st place is the $499 annual "maintenance" issue they failed to maintain for years when we paid $499.

The AC part that is apparently on back order for 8 months is available at other Ac shops next day fix! Now he claims we need new Ac due to "lack of maintanance) Then he claims we need a new $10,000 Ac that he can deliver and install in 2 days.

This company custom orders to give 5 star reviews. I gave private rating 1 star and never heard back from the company. IMO It's some sort of scam!

Dondre came on time and really went above and beyond! He was so friendly and told me what he was doing and showed me photos of the roof ac so I know exactly what is going on in every step. We've had all time for years now amd are always very happy with the services.

We had such a great experience with Lee and the entire staff at All Time Air Conditioning! From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

Lee was fantastic — he explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure our AC was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. The office staff was also super friendly and helpful when scheduling our appointment, and the communication throughout the process was top-notch.

It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care the way All Time Air Conditioning does. Huge thanks to Lee and the whole crew for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

My AC stopped working, they came out right away, notified me three different ways they were on the way. Jordan was extremely helpful, friendly and explained everything to me. Highly recommend! I will ask for him specifically anytime I need service!

Was my first time using your service as a new homeowner and you sent Your technician Jordon. You folks kept me informed as to exactly what time he would be here. He actually got here earlier than expected, which was great. He explained the entire system to me. We got my thermostat working in proper order and he also recommended a Remi LED system along with another Kind of light and the maintenance for the year and everything is in working order. Jordon was more than pleasant and understood the system very well and walked me through everything and I couldn’t be happier. The experience overall was of complete professionalism. I did not expect to spend the amount of money that I did however, I feel like I was informed about exactly what I needed, and hopefully my system will work well for the next few years with no problems and I’ll have clean air in my apartment.

Jordan was amazing! He explained the full process of sanitizing and cleaning with customer favorable unit upgrades. We opted for full service and started yearly membership for maintenance check! Definitely ask for Jordan for your specialist visit!

I had All Time Air Conditioning out for my 6-month HVAC service, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience — especially the service technician, Derek F.

Derek was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I truly appreciated. He even walked me through setting up my thermostat for automation, which was a huge help and something I wouldn’t have figured out on my own.

It’s clear that Derek genuinely cares about doing his job well and making sure the customer feels informed and comfortable. All Time Air Conditioning should be very proud to have such an exemplary employee. Derek truly went above and beyond, and his level of service should be the baseline standard for training in the service industry.

All Time is a great company. They gave me option and suggestions, to help me make the best decisions. This is the second air conditioner system I had to put in. I own a business and I had to replace 2 old systems. I replace one system 1.5 years ago. I was very satisfied that’s why I went back to All Time Air Conditioner. They will be my go to HVAC company from now on

We purchased our AC from All Time Air when we bought our house June 2025. It was worked amazing with no issues. We just had the unit serviced by Dondre and he was incredibly. He was friendly, polite, considerate and most of all knowledgeable. He kept me informed of everything that was going on with the unit and the process. He took his time and did a great job. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies, but that is the first word I would use to describe Dondre and the company, trustworthy. Thank you!
