Alex came to Boca Raton for duct replacement and did excellent work. He explained how my system was losing air through old, leaky ducts, which made the AC work harder. He replaced the ducts, sealed everything tightly, and tested the airflow in every room. He was polite, took his time, and left the home spotless. My AC now cools faster, runs quieter, and I can already see my energy bill dropping.

Jake was amazing. Answered every question that I had no matter how many questions I did ask haha. Was very thorough and professional couldn’t recommend enough. Also helped me get an iguana Stuck in My Gutter. Above and beyond

I met Derek at the fitness center of our condo community. We introduced each other and he explained to me that he works for his brother’s ”All Time Air Conditioning” company. A few month later, my wife and I were sneezing a lot in our condo. It was obvious that the air that we were breathing, needed to be purified of virus, germs, molds, etc. We called several companies to get a quote for a complete cleaning of the dirty ducts and a sanitation. I decided to work with Derek, not because his quote was the cheapest but because the first time we met, he appeared to me, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. We were not disappointed. Not only did Derek a very good job, cleaning the ducts, the coils and the grills but the company administrative people are also very polite and efficient.
Very recently, our A/C unit stopped working on a Saturday evening (not fun during the summer). I called Derek first thing in the morning, on Sunday. And he came to our condo to fix it, before starting his busy workday! “Customer service“ seems to be his priority # 1. Thank you Derek! And by the way, my wife and I do not sneeze anymore😎

Jordan Henry is the man! Walked me through all of the repair and maintenance options. Quickly fixed my A/C issue and had it running again. Ask for Jordan if you need your A/C problems solved. Very professional and thorough!

Jordan and Jake were absolute lifesavers today! Super friendly from the moment they arrived, they took the time to explain (and show!) exactly what was going on with my AC. No mystery, no jargon—just clear, honest info and fast, professional service.
They had my AC up and running in no time, which was a huge relief since I work from home and it was about to feel like 100 degrees outside. Timing couldn’t have been better!
Also, bonus points for handling the surprise tree frog situation like champs. Only two of us jumped… but I’m not naming names. 😄

Service service service!!! It is so difficult to find an honest, reliable, and competent company. Look no further All Time AC is all that and so much more. We had a new air conditioner installed and the technicians, Jamahl and Tony answered all questions asked. They were friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They took care even while lifting the new AC up our narrow stairway to the second floor closet. They used drop cloths to protect the area and made sure to clean up when they were finished. The office staff was friendly and kept us up to date before the install BUT more important AFTER it was installed. If you need a new air conditioner do yourself a favor and call All Time Air Conditioning. We are certainly happy we did !!!

Bobby was an amazing tech. Professional and looked you in the eyes when he talked. Being a female we usually do not get that from male service techs, especially when our husbands are not home. Experience was great by telling me what to expect and the ETA of the service. Stayed in that timeframe, showed me pictures of my ac unit and suggested preventative care for the future. 100% would reccomend.

Error messages re float switch came in and it became urgent to prevent drainage overflow. Jordan was totally attentive to our emergency call and even checked in the next the morning to make sure everything went ok. He was the most professional affable knowledgeable technician. He explained the circumstances so well I felt completely comfortable moving forward It didn't even feel like an emergency sunday visit. he was so focused it felt like regular prescheduled work and there were no compromises or rushing.

I used All Time Air Conditioning for the 1st time today and Elina who I spoke to on the phone was very nice and friendly. They sent out a tech named Jordan Henry and he was amazing. Great service very well spoken and honest. I’ve had bad experiences in past with other companies but I fell very comfortable using all time. I got on a maintenance contract and will only be asking for Jordan for all future maintenance and service
