The tech was nice and professional, but they said the problem I was having (excessive water leaking from my unit) wasn't fixable and I would have to purchase a new a/c unit (they quoted me $7,500). I decided to get a second opinion and another a/c company came in and cleaned out the pipes and fixed the leaking issue.

Signed up for maintenance plan a few years ago. Has kept my a/c working well and the line clean.

I can’t say enough great things about Kentron from Florida Cool. He just completed a complicated issue with the drain to my less than 1 year old A/C unit which was installed by a different company. He took his time, was extremely competent, and was very kind. The owner of the company, Brad, is also a very ethical man who has compassion and integrity. This is a smaller company with excellent service. You will be very lucky if Kentron is assigned to you. Highly recommend him and Florida Cool.

Ice C Cool came to my house for an emergency AC Repair. They were so professional that I hired them for regular HVAC maintenance. Five stars all around.

I had a great experience with Eric McKee from Florida Cool! He came out to diagnose and tune up my air conditioner, and his professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. Eric thoroughly explained the issues he found and ensured everything was in perfect working order before he left. We were so impressed with his service that we opted for their maintenance plan every six months to keep our AC in good condition. Eric also mentioned that Florida Cool has a construction side to their company, which I plan to look into next. I highly recommend Eric and Florida Cool for their excellent service and knowledge!

Kentron was an awesome A/C Technician.
He did a thorough job and checked everything twice before finishing up. He was very nice and understanding. He talked to me about everything that he was doing with my condenser.

Awesome visit from Hamad with Florida Cool! I have an older AC unit so they gave me some freon. That's all we can do until I get a new unit. The entire visit was $150 including the freon, excellent value! I'll call them again when I need service!
