Terrible company, bad service. They maintain my neighborhood. Every time they show up, I have to clean all the dirt they blow on my driveway, my house and wash my vehicle. Very disrespectful to the homeowners.

We had a pool installed at our home in Toscana Isles and Juniper reinstalled all the landscaping afterwards. Anthony and his crew exceeded our expectations with beautiful designs and professional installation. They were amazing, easy to work with and true professionals.

Once we were assigned the right person to work with everything went smoothly and quickly. Doug Butler listened to our wishes and needs and delivered beautifully. We are now there talk of the neighborhood for our gorgeous design and color. The installers were professional and left our property clean.

Lewis and his crew were courteous and prompt. They planted a beautiful Royal palm at our home and many other landscaping plants. The crew worked on making our palm tree look perfect and took the proper time to make it attractive and straight. Excellent job!!! Highly recommend this place!!

Juniper cares is a joke. They do the landscaping in our community. Very rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Some of the poorest landscaping I have ever seen. Place looks a mess and they don't care. No response to service requests. When they do cut the grass they tear up as much as they cut. It is sad what they have done and not done to our community.

Juniper did well to promote Audrey. She is very professional and competent along with taking a personal interest. She dealt with our landscape problem as if it were her home and I never had a doubt that the issue would be resolved. After completion of the work she came by to check that all work was complete and done correctly. It was a pleasure to work with Audrey and Juniper will do well if they continue with such talented and caring staff. THANK YOU AUDREY!

The Juniper Team excelled In all attributes required to receive a "five star rating." From the initial request for service to the completion of the work performed, they followed-up and followed-through in a timely and efficient manner. The replacement of an Alexander Palm Tree and shrubs was performed without interrupting / damaging existing landscape. We are extremely pleased and recommend them highly as when communication is done with clarity and respect, the desired outcome is achieved for both us and Juniper.

Juniper has been taking care of our community for some time now and has done an great job. Anthony Scappatura is excellent and knows exactly what he is doing. He's got a great team working for him too. Anthony always gets back to you quickly. He listens and works well with the homeowners. We've been very happy since we have been here to have Anthony always address our issues when asked. And it's great having someone so knowledgeable about plants and trees. I wish to commend Chris Berry, The Manager who handles my community (Savanna at Lakewood Ranch) on two different occasions I text him with landscaping issues. Both times he responded within the hour and 1 of those texts were on a Sunday!! Regarding the issues, in both instances they were addressed to my satisfaction the following day. Hats off to you Chris for being awesome!!

I am in Savanna in Bradenton and, truly, could not be happier with the service we get from Juniper Landscaping! Specifically Joe, who we have gotten to know, works with us and his crew to insure that we have what we want and our place always looks great! He is personable, respectful and has a fun personality! His crew is loyal, does not cut corners on service and gives it their all each time they are in our community!

Definitely highly recommend!!

They don’t keep up with our landscaping contract that we have with them. Do a horrible job with upkeeping. Long grass, weeds, and flowers look horrible.

I've been in Florida for 2 years now and Juniper is our Landscaping Company in our HOA in Sarasota. I have never seen a more incompetent Landscaping Company in my entire life. From trimming to cutting to blowing and edging these guys don't know what they're doing. Each week I have to go behind their cews and clean up after them it's a disgrace!! I've put in numerous tickets because of their laziness. I would not recommend them for anyone's house

We put in a ticket saying that our irrigation system wasn’t working. They ignored the ticket. We put in a second ticket and eventually got our community representative to inquire as well. Juniper tried to tell us there was nothing wrong so we followed up again. After 8 months they finally sent someone out to check our system. The guy said, ‘you have no water going to the system.’ No kidding?! Juniper killed our grass and now they are trying to stick us with the bill to replace it. ‘We don’t cover sod.’ Well that’s great except it is dead because of YOUR company. It is dead because of Juniper’s neglect and incompetence. 8 months worth! Juniper needs to pay to make this right. Our lawn looks horrible.

Poor customer support and fake warranty. I spent a lot of money with Juniper to do a full yard renovation and went with them because of warranty which they do not honor. With in 60 days I notified my account representative of the sharp decline of a fox tail palm. I was blown off and told let’s see how it goes. The palm continued to decline and I made numerous documented communications within warranty period notifying juniper of the bad palm tree. I had to consult outside arborist who said the palm has fusarium wilt which is fatal. The palm tree fatal, has not popped a new frond ever, I have told Juniper many times of this bad palm. They installed a bad tree. They do not honor their warranty. Stay away.

If possible, I would give this company a zero rating. One word to describe my experience with Juniper: DISASTER. The irrigation system on my lawn stopped working a while back. I created the ticket over one month ago and followed up multiple times without any response. Finally, about a week ago, someone replied saying it was fixed and the ticket was closed. It is completely a LIE! Now my grass is pretty much dead. I am not alone in my community that has had a similar experience with Juniper. I give up now and will find my own irrigation guy to fix the issue but I definitely would NOT recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. For almost a year now, I have been trying to get them to a replace a dead tree in my front yard. To be clear, the tree was damaged when they planted it and was dead even before we moved into the house. I have called their customer service five times. Every time I was told they would take care of it right away, but then nothing would happen. Last time I called, the rep told me that someone had decided they would no longer replace damaged trees. I am not sure who and when made that unilateral decision to discontinue a warranty service, without even telling me. When I insisted, the rep told me that all she could do was open a new ticket and that she did not know when they would be able to do it. She also refused to let me speak with a manager. I feel like I am getting nowhere with this company.

I live in an HOA- They are terrible- God forbid they are proactive. Nope good luck with them getting back to you when you open a ticket.

They ruined my grass, so I opened a ticket, and they had the audacity to send me an invoice to fix what they ruined. How unethical.
